Lip Service! I needed warranty work done on my vehicle. Multiple visits...ordering of wrong parts...promises not kept. NEVER got an "update" phone call or were any of my multiple messages (at least 10,) returned. Incompetence is an understatement. Brought vehicle in one Saturday morning (2nd visit) with a promise and reassurance it would be out by close of business...Not only was my car kept through the weekend I learned on the following Monday that a wrong part was ordered (again!!!) and the service adviser did not call which he admitted to me when I got my car on Monday. Kevin Caldwell could use some training on integrity and his supervisor needs a lesson in accountability as he too was involved in a flippant, disinterested kind of way. I will NEVER set foot at this business again! I'm sure other places sell Hellcats! More
STEER CLEAR ABSOLUTE WORST DEALER and I'm from LOS ANGELES DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!. The only reason they are getting 1 star and to which is should be a half star is Albert Salinas who walked into the middle of my wrath, but after finding out 2 years later that the car you purchased is not the car registered in your name would be a slight problem. What is even better is that car that they gave me the VIN number for was reported stolen along with the plates that were on my vehicle. Not only did this company mess up on the VIN #s and the license plate numbers, they proceeded to tell me yesterday on the phone that if “the other owner wants to play the game of reporting the car stolen then I should play the game back” Neither the other owner and myself were aware of their mess-up but talk about the most insensitive comment ever made and still no apology has been made to me. xxxx they wouldn’t even fix the recall’s on my car because of the VIN mix up. This company put myself, my husband and most importantly in danger. With the potential of going to jail and then them going to CPS because the other gentleman rightfully reported his car stolen (Which the car he purchased, his Vin in my name, was actually stolen come to find out) and they can’t even say we are so sorry, they can’t even come and sit with me face to face and apologize for not only the insensitive comment but as a common professional curtesy. I have now been paying on a car for 2 years that wasn’t even in my possession, I have been insuring a vehicle that wasn’t even in my possession and registering it with the state, doing my part and they can’t even apologize to me. I sat in that dealership for 2 hours last night to which the paperwork was to be ready when I arrived and it was not. For 2 hours they had to correct it over and over again until they got it right, and still no visit from the GM JOHN GARAY no visit from the other ALBERT who owes me the most sincere apology to date. To be treated like nothing more than a “GAME” is insulting and I will go down fighting to keep people from going to this dealership until they make things right! More
Total Incompetance I took my truck in for recall work. What was supposed to take approximately 6 hours, wound up taking 3 days. When I went to pick up my truck, they couldn't find it. 30 minutes later, my truck appeared. There was NO communication between the service department and myself unless I called them. I was left stranded, and paid for an extra day of a rental car (that, had they communicated with me) that I really didn't need to pay, While I was there, I browsed the showroom. Not one salesperson approached me and asked if I needed any help. I was actually looking to purchase a new truck. Too bad guys, you lose. More

I originally went in to look at a truck that I saw listed online. Hutch was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I was interested in a Silverado and to my surprise, he was extremely knowledgeable of GM products. Shortly after, I was helped by Stephanie, whom I ended up buying the truck from. I never felt pressured into anything and I always felt that they took a personal interest in me and what I wanted. I'd rate the salesmanship of these two, a 10/10! I explained all of the features I was looking in a truck and the one's that I'm not so crazy about. They delivered and were able to show me trucks with exactly what I was explaining to them. Kudos to them and the rest of the staff for making this a stress-free experience! More

A few weeks ago, I was driving on a major Hwy in San Antonio, going 65 mph and my car shut entirely down, due to the recall parts. I had my car towed to the dealership, all of the service Dept were deceptive, disrespectful, rude and no compassion for the emotional trauma I experienced. My car was installed with the recall parts, I've been driving my car for only a couple of weeks. My car didn't drive as well as when I first bought it, for the couple weeks I've had it back. I was stopped at a stop sign and my car stalled. I brought it back to the dealership ( San Antonio Chrysler, Dodge ), again I was treated with the utmost disrespect, rudeness and discreptive talk, from the Service manager ( Phillip) and service rep. More
Would not fix factory recalls I took my truck in on a Saturday morning at 10 am, this was an appointment not a walk in. After 3 days and only receiving 1 phone call I went to the dealer to check the status of the repairs. Not a single recall was fixed and none of the other service I requested had even been started. Some of these recalls are potentially deadly such as sporadic air bag deployment so you would think this would have been a priority. The young lady at the counter whom I asked to get my keys for me walked away to make the phone call and said nothing to me when she came back to the counter. I asked her if they were bringing my keys and she said they are working on it and nothing else. I asked to see the service manager or the general manager and neither had time to talk to me. I have not received a single call from this dealer to provide an explanation or an apology. I just do not understand ignoring customers but to ignore potentially deadly recalls is really beyon me. More

I have not once been totally satisfied with their service. This morning I was the first customer in line for an oil change service. I also had a check engine light the came on yesterday. The service writer looked up my VIN and based on mileage recommended additional services that I should do. I was short on time and said just change the oil and check the light... his response was it would take a couple hours ... the oil service was done in 15 min, I had to wait another 30 for him to complete the paperwork and release the car to me. You can't tell me it takes a couple hours to plug in the computer and see what the code is!!! He didn’t even check to see if someone was available ... Bottom line, just look at their reviews online, I'm finding another dealer to take care of my Jeep ... and would never buy anything from this dealership. More

After a WEEK they couldn't find anything wrong with my transmission, but found over $1,000 worth of other stuff that needed fixed. My husband picked up my car and dropped it off for me at work. When I went to drive home, I had no air conditioning. I took it back, and they wanted to charge me $269 to recharge the AC, which was working when we left it! Ended up paying ANOTHER $139. The next day my check engine light came on, I called and left a voicemail, no one has yet returned my call. Next day, my low coolant light comes on, which is one of the things they "fixed". Another call, a promise of being able to borrow a car while they look at mine, "just call me back." Another voicemail never returned. The next day, you guessed it, no AC.... My transmission still slips, my coolant still has to be filled up all the time, and now I also have no AC and my check engine light is on, when it wasn't before. Worst place I have ever done business with. Period. More

Apparently, "shop" means "sales desk". Sad that I didnt even make it to the store location before they tried their sales tactics. More
