I was very impressed with everything they did for me to find the car of my dreams. At one point I was going to have to give up on the car I really wanted but Freddie Dixon stepped in and helped me work out a price I could afford. If you're looking for a group that cares about you and will do what they can to make your day, go to San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and ask for Freddie Dixon or Hayden Lambright as they were both fantastic salesmen. Also, don't go to Ingram Park dealership. They're lack of attention and inability to receive requests was absolutely appalling. Be smart, go to San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram More

Purchased a new Jeep Cherokee here I cant speak for others, but as someone who absolutely hates the car buying experience and sitting in a dealership. I can honestly say this was the b I cant speak for others, but as someone who absolutely hates the car buying experience and sitting in a dealership. I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had by a long shot. My sales guy David Rivera was awesome. He a had great attitude and didn't have that typical salesman attitude, it was easy to talk to him and I never felt pressured. Everyone at the dealership seemed nice to me, and my finance guy who's name I cant remember was great also. Honestly everyone I dealt with seems relaxed and easy to talk to. Again I can only speak for myself but if you if your looking at buying a new car I would definably give them a try at least. Ask for David Rivera, he was my sales guy and he was easy to talk to and had great attitude. More

Great Service All Around My experience with this dealership started with Gilbert in the service department. He was so friendly and put me at ease after a horrible experience at another Dodge dealership. I had my car brake several time and each time I toyed with the idea of buying a new car but her would tell me just to wait and not get into that expense if it wasn't necessary...but finally we got to that point and he sent me over to talk to Larry White about buying a new car. I was apprehensive about a new car because I still owed on my car, but from the minute I met Larry I knew it was all going to be okay. Larry found me a car in my price range and moved mountains to be able to get me a payment I could afford without having to sell my kidneys in the black market. The finance people were amazing as well, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. If you are looking for a new car I suggest you come by and see Larry. More

Great until I signed the paperwork Bought a Ram 1500, the Salesman (Freddy D.) did very very well. The deal was good. I signed the deal Dec 30,2016. After this everything went hay wire! Bought a Ram 1500, the Salesman (Freddy D.) did very very well. The deal was good. I signed the deal Dec 30,2016. After this everything went hay wire! 1st payment was due Feb 1st. I called the bank that was going to service my loan in the last week of Jan because I had not received info on where to send my payment. The bank had never heard of me. I called the Finance manager at SA Dodge, he said I had to send him the payment to send to the bank because they had not sent the paperwork to the bank yet. I was very skeptical but did so because of what was on my contact. I said I need a receipt, which he said he would email me as soon as the payment was received. I never got it. A couple days later I called him back because the bank still had not heard of me and since I did not get a email receipt for my payment,I was concerned he was doing something he shouldn't be. He answered the phone and told me he could see the bank info from his computer so i told him to send me a screen shot and the receipt that I was supposed to receive a few days before. He said he would send it as soon as we got off the phone. It never happened. I called the bank again later that day and they confirmed that my account was established that day. This was almost 30 days after I signed the deal. I went in to SA Dodge to get an oil change a few days later and as I waited, I went to go find the Finance manager to get the receipt and screen shot I was supposed to receive but he was in a meeting but I found the young man that actually did the finance portion of my purchase and complained about how I never got the receipts and that I still had not received my disabled licence plates. He said he could get the receipts. He went upstairs, retrieved the receipt, handed them to me, apologized and said "the financial manager is forgetful sometimes". This blew me away! For a subordinate to have to apologize for his boss was beyond my comprehension. Anyway, I was told the plates could take 4-6 weeks. I told him that's weird every time I've purchased a new vehicle, it had taken 3 weeks or less. My truck was ready but I was told that they had to order the parts to fix the bubbles around the window sills that are on the "we still owe you" form I signed. They said it would take about a week. A week later I called asking if my plates had arrived. I was told "no, it can take 6-8 weeks for plates. I expressed how this was crazy. They said they would call me when they are in. I received a call the next day telling me my plates were in so I modified my schedule and went to pick them up. I was handed a set of plates and was asked to sign for them. I told them these are not mine, I think you handed me the wrong ones because these are not disabled plates. She verified and showed me the paperwork. They were indeed mine but they did not put them in as DV plates. Then I was told I didn't request DV plates. I lost it and told them, if the salesman made a copy of them for you all, that was a request for DV plates. Someone must not know what they are doing. I asked for the person in charge of San Antonio Dodge and they said he was in a meeting. I said I want to talk to whom ever is responsible for the entire operation here. The young lady said that would be the General manager. I said, get him. She said, let me go see if he is available. I said I'll follow you. We walked upstairs and as we entered the upstairs area she asked me to wait at the door because customers are not allowed up here. I waited. She returned and said he was in a meeting and if I waited downstairs he will be right with you. I asked if she told him why I want to talk to him and she said yes. I asked "and he decided not to come out? That is piss poor! I'll wait for him right here!" in a rather loud voice. About 30 seconds later he turned the corner and introduced himself to me. We walked into a room and he calmly and respectfully asked what he could do for me. I told him how everything went well, up to the point I signed the contact. I told how his finance manager could not follow through with simple emails, I explained the disabled plates screw up and how it would not be such a big deal if I didn't have days that my disabilities would cause me too much pain walking too much to get to a store entrance. The GM wrote everything down, he apologized and did make clear that it should not take that long to process loan paper work, apologized for his finance manager lack of follow through, offered to expedite my plates and to drop them off at my house when they arrived. He said he would take care of everything. I was semi satisfied mainly skeptical because of the events that took place but gave him the benefit of the doubt. I thanked him for taking time to speak to me and left. The following day I received a call telling me that the paper for my plates were in and was asked if they would like for them to drop the paperwork off at my house. I said I would pick them up since I was a couple miles away. Now, I've been leaving messages to have someone of knowledge to call me back to give me info on the parts for my truck to fix the things that are on the "we still owe you" form but I have not received a call back after 4 attempts in a2 week span. To be fair, I originally received a call from the service dept on a Tuesday but I was out of town till that Saturday. One person told me that the parts were never ordered so they reordered them but no calls back from the 4 attempts. I feel operations could be done in a much better, more efficient way. I might have you call the GM again to ask about my parts if I don't receive a call with info shortly. For this reason I will not recommend this establishment to anyone and I regret buying from them. I hope they can fix all this do they can succeed. More
