HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE First off let me start off with bringing my 2013 Dodge Journey with the v6 to sa dodge for a suspension noise I bought the extended warranty and drop First off let me start off with bringing my 2013 Dodge Journey with the v6 to sa dodge for a suspension noise I bought the extended warranty and dropped it off to have them take a look at it. It was in the shop for 2 weeks. During the time it was in the shop kept getting the run around and wasn't able to get ahold of anyone. So they said let me get the estimate to see what it's gonna take to fix the car. I also had to go there several times and end the end they said there is nothing wrong and refused service on the car. The service advisor Kyle rode with me and I still hear the noise then proceeded to tell me me its a normal noise which it isn't normal because I also had a 2009 Dodge Journey that didn't make the noise. So I told him if u can't hear it your deaf. They refused to get it done the right way. If I could I would rate sa dodge as a 0 star but I can't pick that. Also the shop foreman mark is not a kind of person you want to deal with and Kyle got an attitude with me which wasn't professional at all. Also Geoff Tassey your so called service manager just stayed in his office. I will never go back to your dealership not even it was free.Wont even go there for an oil change. Not once did I get a follow up call letting me know what's going on with my vehicle. My car has 60,000 miles on it and your gonna tell me it's normal for a vehicle to make this noise no I don't think so I've owned so many cars and not once have I had a car that makes this kind of noise. This dealership used to be called mission and just because it's owned by greenway it still has the same people behind the scenes. Don't get scammed by this dealership. I can't believe they will turn business away and absolutely refuse service. I will make sure none of my friends or family do business whether its sales, service, or parts. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP TO DO BUSINESS WITH. DONT DO IT YOU WILL REGRET IT More

Our Town and Country van began experiencing problems. We made our way to the dealership. First we spent 2 hours in the service department. It ended up the repairs were going to be major, so we decided to explore purchasing a car from them. Of course the sales staff were very accommodating and "sympathetic" of our situation. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Chrysler 200. In all we were at the dealership 7 hours. Which at the time we were okay with because they assured us they were looking up how the licensing and sales tax for Nebraska to make sure everything was being handled correctly. Our first set of temp tags expired Sept. 23. On Sept. 17, we went to our courthouse to see if they had the title yet or any payment from them on our fees. They had nothing. I immediately began calling the dealership about this situation. The first person I talked to in the finance department looked up our sale and said it hadn't even been processed yet. I was then directed to talk to Fred in the title office. He first told me he would be finding out from Nebraska DMV how to handle this. On this same phone conversation he assured me he would email us new temp tags and everything should be handled in one to two weeks. He also assured me he would call every couple of days to let me know the status of the situation. He did not email us the new temp tags until the day before our first one expired and only because I had to call and call him out for not following through on what her told me. So our new temp tags now expire Oct. 22. He not only is NOT keeping in touch with me on the situation, but does not return my calls. He also told me the second time he actually would talk to me that the dealership is in the process of changing title companies and that is the problem...it has been almost 3 months!!! From our salesman Jerry, he gave me Chad Bowman's contact info (general sales manager?) I have tried calling him 4 times now, goes straight to voice mail, and he hasn't returned my calls either. This past Friday I attempted to call Fred again, his direct extension. His receptionist answered, asked who was calling, I heard her tell Fred "it's the woman from Nebraska", there was muffled conversation, I was put on hold, when she came back on she told me he was in a meeting with his manager. I told her I just heard you talking to him! She said something also about the title company and that Fred would call me back as soon as he was out of his meeting. NOPE did not happen AGAIN! I have registered a complaint with the Chrysler Corporation. In the meantime, if and when our title gets to the courthouse, we will have penalty charges which we will probably have to fight to recoup those fees from the dealership. If they can't figure out how to sell to out of state residents, then they shouldn't be selling to them. I have seen other negative reviews very similar to this one, especially refusing to take phone calls or returning phone calls. I will be calling Watson next as he was the one who handled our financing and paper work. I couldn't remember his name until I saw his picture on this site. So we'll see if he is any help! If nothing significant happens in 2 days we are contacting an attorney. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! More

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! BEWARE BUYER OF THESE PEOPLE'S WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!!! I AM SERIOUS!!!! This is how my dream became a nightmare...........I went to test drive a use BEWARE BUYER OF THESE PEOPLE'S WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!!! I AM SERIOUS!!!! This is how my dream became a nightmare...........I went to test drive a used car from them, i was very interested in purchasing the car i test drove. Kenny the sales man had the body language of not being very interested in helping me. I ignored it and I test drove a used sports car. The car was on empty before i drove off the lot. How can this sales person not even considerate that the car was going to be driven even though i called ahead and made an appointment to drive the car. I should have foreseen that this was NOT a place to purchase a used sports car from. Afterwards test driving the car he asked me was i ready to buy the car. I told him that i wanted someone to look at the car before i get it. He gave me a look like "what ever" and i thought, this guy must be having a bad day or something. I really wanted the car and wanted to make a sound decision before i buy. I had a bank loan prior to going to the car lot and specifically told Kenny i did not want my credit to be ran because i had a auto loan with my bank and would not need there financing the day i test drove the car. I had my partner look over the car the very next day and told Kenny i was going to buy the car. I got there around 1.30 pm. and told Kenny that i work this afternoon and needed to be out at least before 5.00 pm. I asked Kenny if the car i'm going to buy will have a full tank of gas and not be on empty when i get it like when i test drove it, he said "No problem, you will have gas". I sat and waited and waited for Kenny to expedite the process of signing and ect. I got up and asked the sales manager to see what was taking soo long. He asked someone to look for him .(( I SHOULD HAVE LEFT AT THIS POINT AND NOT EVER ALLOW MYSELF TO GO THROUGH THIS BUT )).... about 2 hours later he came back and showed me a form of sale stating a higher sale amount. Like another $2000.00 added to the original price. I stopped him in his tracks and told him that the web site i went to had a different price and would not get that car if this was the new price. He told me which site and would get me that price. So i stayed because it was a fair price and didn't want to go over my loan amount. I tried to believe that it was just an off day for them and i was being too critical. Kenny came back and had the form with the sale amount that was on the site but sarcastically told me the price went up so he did me the favor to go back to the original web site price. I told him that if you want my sale, keep the price i came in for only 24 hours ago. Then Jeff came buy while i was signing the sale form and introduced him self and went on to try to get me to get a lower payment. I told him the same thing i told Kenny. I didn't want any financing through them. I had a good rate and would stay with what i had, but he went on to say if i could get you a lower rate or payment would you consider it? I told him thank you but i liked the bank i have and will continue to do my financial thing through them. He then told me "well its your money and if you want to throw your money away it up to you." I found him rude and pushy. ((They still ran my credit score- lowering it even though i specifically told them from the start not to do so. I kept the letter they sent me 2 weeks later)) I wanted my dreamed of sports car!!! I told myself it would be over soon and hopefully not have to see them for a good while. I didn't even get to start signing the mountain of forms till 6.00pm from some other person that did the bank loan forms for my bank. I am crazy for not following my gut and just finding another car somewhere else. I had to call-in late to work which was more upsetting because this was such B*S* When i was finished signing a mountain of forms i asked them was the car ready? They told me "yes ,it is ready for you." i had to wait again , more than 15 min. to get them to bring the car to the front of the lot so i could go on my way. The car was bought in front of the car lot and i got inside and asked" where is the other key for the car?" Kenny told me " i don't know, i guess it only came with one and if you want one you have to get one made" The car was on empty when i got in it , again!!!!. I told Kenny that i need gas in this car because how am i going to be able to drive off this lot after buying it with no gas when you said it was going to have gas in it. He looked at me and i said "i'm serious! you told me that this car would have gas!!" He went with me to a gas station to put gas. I stayed in the car while he put the gas. Then he told me this line...."new cars don't have full tanks when they are sold".He put $5.00 of gas. I didn't have anymore time to waste when my job was calling me go into work. So i took it as a lost cause in my mind. I wish i left him at the gas station after he said that.I took him back to the car lot and drove to work right after that whole ordeal. *DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM* I had only one key and had to get a spare made for another $150.00 I ended up having to spend even more money when i realized that the car had no floor mats, and the dome light in the car was gone (the bulb) and the trunk light was burned out. The cashiers in the service department will put you on hold for extended periods and then just hang up on you or transfer you to a voicemail box with out even picking up the phone. This has happened to me twice. The last time I was experiencing a mechanical failure on the road. Despite me purchasing their most expensive Platinum Warranty I do not get any service from this dealership to warrant the costly expenditure. I decided to talk with someone in finance to talk about the benefits of continuing on and keep the warranty. I left a message twice for Jeff in finance requesting a call back. So far I have not heard back from him. More
Back to square one. TERRIBLE. My experience with this dealership was awful from the start. My boyfriend and I called about a Chevy Sonic and made an appointment to see it TERRIBLE. My experience with this dealership was awful from the start. My boyfriend and I called about a Chevy Sonic and made an appointment to see it on a Saturday. They told us the car was there but when we arrived the next day(after an hour long drive, which is why we called in the first place), it was off to auction. The used car manager told us that he could bring it back from auction and that it would only take a few days. It took a week. When we went to see it, it couldn't be test driven because it needed some "checks" and they told us that they were sending the car to a body shop to fix some small cosmetic damage. The car ended up being at the "body shop" for THREE WEEKS. During this time, we called the dealerships often to see when the car would be back. They kept stringing us along and always told us it would be back in a few days, that is, if they felt like calling us back. When the car came back to the dealership, we were told that it was actually sent away so that they could fix the turbo. Not only did they string us along and lie to us for 3 weeks, they did not fix the cosmetic damage and finally said that they would not (after asking that they would), however they would pay for us to get it fixed somewhere else. We were so sick of this dealership by this time but we really wanted this car and we had not found a similar one elsewhere for such a good price. We had been patient for this whole month and asked them to hold the car for one night so that we could come the next morning to drive it and hopefully buy the car. They told us that they would put the car in the back for that night. We thought this was pretty reasonable since we had been patient and put up with their unprofessionalism, lies, and untimeliness for so long. We arrived to the dealership for the third time and after being introduced to 4 people for no reason, they proceeded to tell us that the car had sold the night before. So after a month of putting up with all of this, we still lost the car we wanted so badly. So we're back to square one. Please do not waste your time or hard earned money here. More
HORRIBLE!! I went there just to look, i end up getting a car after waiting about 6 hours or longer. Which wasn't to bad. I agreed on a set price on what i would I went there just to look, i end up getting a car after waiting about 6 hours or longer. Which wasn't to bad. I agreed on a set price on what i would pay a month and i was told they could do it. The next day they came back with a payment almost 200 more than what we agreed upon. I accepted the deal and traded in my car, which they tried to say was less then what they offered me. After i traded in my car i was told they would send the pay off amount for my old car right away , but they didn't, instead it took them almost a month before they sent a payoff amount. I kept getting calls from my old dealership about my payment . I had to explain to them over and over that i traded my car and was informed the payoff was sent out. NOT only did i have to deal with that they didn't get all the paperwork they needed up front so i had to keep driving back everyday cause they forgot to ask for certain documents. This place was an hour away from my house. I then ask if they could switch my rims off my old car onto my new one, they agreed and told me to bring in the next day and to sign my paperwork for the new car. Right after i signed i was informed they couldn't switch the rims out the next day and that i had to come back in 3 days. So i said no problem i will as long as they already have the rims off my old car and all they had to do when i got there was put them on my new one. WE AGREED upon that. I even called an hour ahead and they told me they had taken the old rims off when i got there they said they hadn't even started on my car. I WAS VERY FURIOUS at this point I had to wait 4 almost 5 hours for my rims and then they told me they couldn't switch the rims because of bolt patterns. MY QUESTION is why didn't they notice that the first 30 mins? After all of this i kept calling about my payoff and my tags. They said they finally sent my payoff to my old company USAA which all they had to do this whole time was drop it off over there since they where 30 mins apart. I waited a month for my tags, and finally called up there . They said it took 6-8 weeks for the tags to company in because the DMV was backup. Which i didn't believe because my girlfriend got a car 2 weeks after i did and she got her tags within a week in a half. I explained to them that i was told my tags would come in within 2 to 3 weeks. The lady on the phone had an attitude on top of it all. I honestly don't even think they sent out the request for my tags. OVERALL worse experience ever. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GOT BACK TO THEM. More
