I am so glad I came here to buy my Jeep Wrangler from Val. He wasn't even my assigned sales person as I understood (I came in earlier than I was expected by a half day due to scheduling conflicts) and he took care of it amazingly. He worked super hard with the financing team to get the rate where I wanted it and really just went above and beyond what I expected from a car dealership. He made it much easier to go through the purchase process. He stayed in contact with us over the phone and email to let us know updates on a vehicle we were interested in. We were particularly impressed with his low-key approach to the sales process. That means he was not a "pushy salesman" but instead simply an "effective salesman" who made the ne2 truck purchase enjoyable for my wife and I. He also included his General Manager, Chad Bowman in the process. Mr. Bowman was equally impressive in that he spent a huge amount of one-on-one time with my wife and I. He further broke down the fine details of how a deal could be worked out with our trade. He was most effective in ensuring we received the best pricing on our Trade-in to a point where we felt we had a very fair deal and had no buyer's remorse when we left. We have had that experience in the past, with other dealerships. But, we remain very impressed with this dealership nearly a month later!
