Gary was an excellent salesman and helped my mom get a good car deal. My mom is 87, and she was very concerned about the whole process. He won her over and made the process pleasant for her. Since my mom was hesitant to bring the car back, Brad offered to bring the part over to her house and fix the trim. My mom was delighted. Our negative experience dealt with the amount of time it took to get in an out, we came in with financing in hand ready to go and the process still seemed extremely lengthy. The service detail/ make ready on the car was also not up to our standards. Sticky residue was left on the jeep logo and upon further inspection realized they had not bothered to remove all the plastic covering the metal strips in the cargo area. Other than that our experience was great and our sales guy was wonderful and did a great job taking care of us and meeting our request. The things we had a "negative" experience with were things out of Jig's control. Thank you again for your help! More
