I went in looking to purchase a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, after having a very poor experience with the salesman at Ingram Park. I found Adam's name through USAA's car buying program. The moment I met Adam, he was very kind, considerate, attentative, and informed. He explained to me exactly how the SRT buying process worked and what to expect. Unlike other salemen at IPac, who said said things like "If your're serious about buying an SRT, I can see what I can do" and "How much are you looking to put down?", Adam didn't ask me anything except "Do you have any questions I can answer for you, Mr. Steward". He never once judged a book by it's cover. I know not everyday someone that wears a ball cap and Kobe's walks in and wants to purchase an SRT, but Adam never once acted like I wasn't the only customer in the room. Through the entire process he kept me updated on the build status of my JGC SRT through email, text, or phone calls. I didn't have to keep hunting him down or calling him. He was always available to keep me updated and answer my questions. As a matter of fact, I'm going to see him today, 4 days after my purchase (which is an amazing vehicle by the way), to ask more questions about accessories and how things work on my truck. If Adam doesn't know the answer, he will find the answer and not give you the run around. I think I'd like Adam as a personal friend outside of business because he's dependable, honest, trustworthy, straightforward, and fair. I would recommend Adam Yarbrough to anyone who's looking to purchase a new Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, or Dogde product. After talking for a moment, she chose Josh as our salesperson. Josh was likely the most knowledgeable car salesperson I have ever dealt with. He knew the Jeep model we were shopping for, inside and out. I had done some very thorough homework, and was trading in a similar vehicle, but he was still able to show me things that I didn't know about. He even pointed out a minor defect that he was already aware of, and immediately made arrangements to have it corrected. He didn't once apply any sales pressure, and when we both found several common ties, it soon became like dealing with a friend. These new car buys are never any fun, but Josh helped make it a pleasant and painless experience. Before I drove off in my new Jeep, he had already programed the entertainment system to be compatible with my phone! Even the financing, which I usually hate, was a breeze. I had come pre-qualified with a ridiculously low interest rate, to make it fast and easy on myself, but given just a few minutes, they came back and even beat that rate! One surprise that I wasn't ready for, but it softened my view of the finance process. More

Words cannot express how appreciative and happy we are with the purchase of our new Dodge Charger. Our sales rep Garry Parmelee by far exceeds the expectations required to provide excellent customer servi with the purchase of our new Dodge Charger. We had gone into the dealership in the late evening, right before closing just to look at what was available and pricing. We met Gary he introduced himself, we explained what we were trying to accomplish and some obstacles we faced. He thoroughly explained the process to us, he then started what he does best.. Serving his customer. We found the car we liked, Gary asked if we could return the next morning and he would be ready for us, and have the car ready for test run. By the time we got home Gary had sent us a friendly email Thanking us for coming to look, which really made me feel like he cared and was interested in helping. We returned Saturday morning, and Gary was true to his word, he had all the prework completed, the car ready for test run. Once we completed the test drive, returned to the dealer Gary completed our file, prepared it for finance, in the mean time we met the Director of Sales Ron who is a very personable man, he touched base with us and kept us informed of what was taking place. In all our car buying experiences we have not had staff introduce themselves and be so kind and attentative to our needs. No one was pushy, hassling, and we did not play the " play the numbers" game, this truly was a great atmosphere for buying a vehicle. Within 30-45 minutes we received our approvals and were preparing to drive off in our new car. I highly recommend this dealership for customer service, and hope that Gary and Ron are there when we are ready to make our next vehicle purchase.
