I have bought several cars in my time and i would have to say that the team at San Antonio Dodge is by far the best. When we first arrived we were met and greeted by Brent who directly worked with us to fi say that the team at San Antonio Dodge is by far the best. When we first arrived we were met and greeted by Brent who directly worked with us to find the car we wanted and took us for test drive and answered every question we had and made us feel like we were dealing with one of friends while buying a car. Then we Ron Sutton the sales manager came in and explained in detail the whole process of buying the car down to the smallest detail so we understood everything. There was no pressure to close the deal just great communication and tying to make a deal that worked for both of us. Every concern we had about the vehicle he fixed or came up with a reasonable solution. Once again felt like dealing with a family member while buying a car. We got a very reasonable offer on our trade in and a great price on the vehicle we wanted. We agreed on a price and went on to work with Keith Howard buy an extended warranty and get credit for the car. He worked the numbers a dozen ways to give us the best APR and Warranty prices he could. The follwing day after purchasing the vehicle i had to take care of some paperwork issues and even after the sell Ron and Ryan went out of there way to make sure I was still taken care of and all my needs were met. We were looking for a specific vehicle and this dealer had the best price for the Mazda 5 we wanted. Adam Yarbrough was an excellent salesman- and it started with his first email to me. Without me asking, he went out to the lot and took extra photos of the van and emailed them to me. He did not once pressure us into buying the vehicle when we came in for a test drive. The dealer gave us an excellent trade-in for our old used car too. There was an issue with the title from the previous owner which delayed the sale of the van, so while we waited for the paperwork to finish, Adam arranged for us to have a loaner car for the week! In fact, the first loaner car got a flat tire on the way home, and Adam brought us a NEW loaner car the very next day! Overall we are completely impressed with the level of customer service we received from San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and Adam especially. We will definitely come back the next time we are in the market for a new car. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal! More

I took a 2012 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon in for an engine ticking noise on the drivers side of engine and low gas mileage (~8-12 mpg max).
