I bought a used car from this dealership a few weeks prior to this visit and thought that they might be a dealership that would take care of someone until I went back in due to some changes in my life a prior to this visit and thought that they might be a dealership that would take care of someone until I went back in due to some changes in my life and needed to trade in the SUV for a car. I was treated so horribly I was embarrassed when I left. And to top it all off they still owe me some money from when I bought the first car that was supposed to be certified and the tires wouldn't even pass an inspection so I had to put 4 new tires on it and they said they would pay for 2 of them and I still haven't received. When I brought the vehicle that I had just purchased 5 weeks earlier they told me it happens all the time and that they would take care of me. They then offered me 5,000 dollars less than what I had paid and said sorry. I couldn't believe it, and then didn't want to work on the price of the new car at all. I am kind of glad this happened though cause I then went to another dealership that I have bought from before and they took very good care of me. I traded in the SUV and go an even better vehicle at a good price and now I'm very happy and know where I will be shopping from now on and know where all of my public safety friends and military friends will be told they can go to get taken care of properly and respectfully. WOW! What a wonderful car buying experience! San Antonio Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Adam Yarbrough were SUPERB! After an absolutely horrible experience at Ancira (please read my review for Ancira Jeep), I was a bit pessimistic about getting a fair deal and being treated with respect. I expected the very best in customer service from Ancira as a USAA preferred/certified dealership and was quite disappointed. So I contacted Adam with some reservation and asked him to work up a purchase order and get back to me with his best price. Not only did he beat Ancira, he destroyed their "best offer" and there were no "gotcha" line items like "anti-theft protection." Honesty and respect! So my wife and I drove right down to the dealership, she test drove the car (it's a b-day surprise for our daughter) and we completed the transaction in a little over an hour. Again, 100% honesty and respect. Exactly what I've come to expect from USAA and exactly what I received at San Antonio Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and from Adam Yarbrough. In fact, they are storing the car for us until my daughter's birthday and offered to deliver it filled with balloons! Talk about ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! You guys ROCK!!! More
Brad had told me during the negotiation that if he gets me the amount i wanted that I would take the vehicle. He came back acting like he had gotten what we agreed and wanted me to sign it. If I had taken his word I would have payed $700 more than I wanted, Mr Watson did not even stand up to great me as I came into finance the vehicle. He put the wrong address on the paperwork and more importantly the finance paper work. I had called him the next day to correct it. He never did. Also, I asked that Security Service finance my vehicle, he financed through Ally. He also tried to add an extended warranty on my vehicle without my permission. More
It took awhile for someone to help my wife and I. But as soon as Garry did help us. He was very friendly and helped us as quickly as he could. Our experience was very friendly and was geared towards customer service as the foremost. Jigs was our internet representative and he coordinated with us throughout the week to ensure we knew that he woul customer service as the foremost. Jigs was our internet representative and he coordinated with us throughout the week to ensure we knew that he would be waiting for us on our scheduled day. When we arrived Eddie, asked if he could assist due to Jigs being engaged with another customer. Eddie was very professional and provided us very good customer service. He was very attentive and kept providing alternative vehicles based on us changing our minds between Crew Cab and Quad Cab. Even though the Facility was very busy, we really felt that we were important due to the fact that Jigs kept checking back with us and assured us that Eddie would take good care of us. We were fortunate enough to find a 4x2 Laramie Quad Cab, on the lot with a terrific two tone color scheme, (spurs colors). After test driving the vehicle we really liked all the options and the way it handled. We noticed a little vibration in the ride at about 40 miles per hour and not so much after 50 miles per hour, so we asked Eddie and Jigs if we could get the tires balanced and without hesitation assured us they would get it done for us. In addition, we knew based on the mileage that the vehicle had been parked for some time on the lot, because the driver side door would make a squeaking sound, like rust had set inside the door joint. Once again, Jigs indicated that he would take care of it without any hesitation. In addition, Len in Finance was extremely helpful in getting us a competitive interest rate as well a good price on our extended warranty. Lastly, Jigs was concerned about our wait for new vehicle prep and asked if we wouldn't mind coming back on Monday to get our new truck prepped properly due to a shorter turn around. As it turned out it rained all day Sunday and Monday's forecast is set for clear skies. I guess Jigs knew what he was doing.
