Garry was great. He took his time talking through all the questions we had regarding each car and if he didn't know the answer, he found it for us. He provided relevant and helpful information and I never fe questions we had regarding each car and if he didn't know the answer, he found it for us. He provided relevant and helpful information and I never felt that he was hiding anything. He listened and found car options that kept my search simple. The car was prepped and ready for me in a relatively short time which was very appreciated. My only concern, which is why I rated it a "4" is that the panel light indicating that oil change maintenence is required is still lit after the 125-pt inspection. I'll have to come back in so that this issue can be resolved. Thank you. More
Eddie Klarfield(Sales Consulant)was very helpful in guiding me through available vehicles to meet my need to replace my 2005 Chrysler Town & Country Limited prior to having a lift installed for my new guiding me through available vehicles to meet my need to replace my 2005 Chrysler Town & Country Limited prior to having a lift installed for my new power chair. My new 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan has many features I became addicted to in my Chrysler, making it easier to say goodby to my Baby at a price I had planned for in advance. Eddie was very considerate and patient as I evaluated my options. Then Watson Macmanus (Finance Manager) demonstrated his experience/talent in helping me through the complexities and technicalities of rapping up the purchase of my new Dodge. I now have my new Baby. Thank you two and your associates for all your help! Larry More
Our experience with this dealership was surprisingly a pleasant one. I went in ready for battle however when Adam stepped in the picture his calm and professional manner helped calm the demeanor. Knows his products and even took the time to help us load our new Challenger on the trailer. The people that prep the cars could learn a lot from Adam. Keep up the good work Adam. ? Go to Adam if you want push the sale on you and was very knowledgeable, patient, caring and generaly interested in what you wanted out of a vehicle. Go to Adam if you want an honest person. Ps..there was a scratch on the new car and when my husband called up there to talk to any sales person we were told "NOT MY PROBLEM". Told Adam about the scratch and had the car back in a matter of hours. Maybe other(s) should learn from Adam. More

Adam was wonderful to work with. He did not hassle us about price and we were in and out relatively quickly. This is a very easy salesperson to work with. We purchased a 2008 Ford Ranger from him. This is a long read, but it will give you an idea about how these people conduct their business. I came into the dealership already knowing what car I wanted to look at. They had a Honda 2002 Accord with 9 how these people conduct their business. I came into the dealership already knowing what car I wanted to look at. They had a Honda 2002 Accord with 97k miles, with a very nice carfax report (the previous 1 owner had regularly taken it to the Honda dealership for maintenance) and also was advertised a QCertified up to 100k miles. 3000 miles left on the Qcertified wasn't great, but it helped solidify my belief that there wasn't anything wrong with the car, else it would have been replaced under the Qcertified program. QCertified is a type of program for used cars that protects the buyer against the most expensive things that can go wrong with a car, like a new engine or transmission. It is only good for 2 years/100k miles, whichever comes first. Anyway, after doing my homework, I called the Honda dealership where it was serviced at before it was sold to Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I was informed that the last time it was brought in, the transmission was going out and was recommended to be replaced. The customer declined to have it replaced. I told Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (From now on known as CJDR) about this and they told me there should be nothing to worry about as they do their own inspections, but I wanted to get it checked out by a family friend mechanic anyway which they said was okay. We didn't notice the transmission slipping during our test drive, however when our mechanic opened the hood we could smell the burning transmission. A few other mechanics, some who had previously worked at Honda dealerships, took at look at it and it seemed like new transmission fluid was just put into the car, and the wrong type at that. They recommended the transmission to be replaced as well. I tried to find more information about the QCertified program, specifically if the Honda would still be covered by it, from CJDR. They kind of beat around the bush and talked about going up to the business office and asking about their extended warranties. It wasn't until I asked specifically, if I brought that Honda in tomorrow, at 97000 miles, and wanted to replace the transmission, would it be covered by that program. After being told they'd call me back, they told me that the car wasn't actually QCertified, and that QCertified only applied to 2005 cars and up. They offered to flush the transmission free of charge before I bought it, if that would satisfy me. I just didn't trust anything they had to say at that point. I would have given them the benefit of the doubt if it was just the transmission issue, as even my mechanic said it's not a cut and dry issue if a transmission is going bad until its actually bad, but in combination with being lied to about the car being certified just tells me how these guys do business. Well done ... thanks Garry. I was in and out of the dealer in record time (about an hour), no pressure and no broken promises. A full tank of gas would have been a nice touch. dealer in record time (about an hour), no pressure and no broken promises. A full tank of gas would have been a nice touch. More
