He pointed out the many safty features In the past 40 yrs my husband and I have alway bought dodge . Mainly for the quality but for today it was for the quality in your veh but also when it came to dealing with such perfessional sales people.. My husband and I are esp . greatful for the the positive experence we had at this dealership and would highly recomend to other . Would also like to mention the fin. person the gave his assistance when pointed out the need for the up grade as well. ( having rear A/C ) didnt get his name but he was with Rober Longoria.. My experience with this dealership leave a lot to be desired. What should have taken approximately an hour to purchase a vehicle to over three hours. My salesman was ill prepared even thought I had called to make and appointment with him. The vehicle was parked on the side of the building but it was filthy dirty on the outside. The test drive consisted of two miles on a back road behind the dealership and an access road back to the dealership. When it came to filling out paperwork the sales person would leave to get paperwork and be gone for 10 minutes at a time. When he did come back with some paperwork he didn't have the car fax that I asked him for before i started filling out paperwork. When he went to retrieve the paperwork he was gone for another extended period of time. To me if you are trying to sell a car you should have everything ready to go. When it came time to settle on a price of the car, I felt like the salesman and the gentlemen that approved the price of there car were playing games. Each time the salesperson would go away and be gone for ten minutes and come back with a minuscule deduction in the price. After the second time, told the salesperson this is what I am willing to pay for the vehicle if you cannot accept this than I am ready to end this deal and leave. Again the salesperson left and was gone for an extended period of time. When he came back he stated ok we will accept your offer but it was stated in a way that he and his manager were doing me a favor. When I went to meet with the finance person her seemed to take an attitude after he asked me what kind of rate i was getting on my loan and i told him I did not care to discuss that matter. After that he attitude became very matter of fact and gruff. After finance I had to wait for about 35 to 45 minutes for the vehicle to be finished be washed and cleaned out. After that the salesperson had to take the vehicle somewhere up the street to fill the vehicle with gas. To me it seems that the processes at this dealership were very disorganized and disjointed. Individuals did not work together for the sake of the customer. I would not recommend this dealership. More
I just bought a new truck from them. I visited two other dealerships prior to going to San Antonio Dodge. My salesman Jovanny was very friendly and knowledgable and he did not give us the normal high press dealerships prior to going to San Antonio Dodge. My salesman Jovanny was very friendly and knowledgable and he did not give us the normal high pressure sales pitch. He listened to details about what we wanted to purchase. All of the other dealerships we visited tried to pressure us into trading that day. I would highly recommend Jovanny and this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle at a good price without the pressure. Five stars!!!!! Brenda C More
I saw an advertisement for a truck on their website for a real good price, almost too good. I inquired about it and received a response back telling me to come take a look. I was completely surprised by the condition and amenities this vehicle had, very nice. I had a trade-in and told them what I was wanting to get for the vehicle and my expectations were low. To my amazement, I got exactly what I wanted for my trade-in with no hassle and the typical back and forth of negotiations. There was a concern with the a noise coming from a fan in the dashboard but both Sammy and Valente expressed their concern to be sure and bring the truck back to get it looked at and fixed if necessary. Needless to say, if and when I buy another truck these 2 gentlemen will definitely get my business. More

Dealership found the perfect car for us and ordered it from the factory.
