I am not happy with my last service visit. They were unable to make the repair due to not being able to duplicate the problem. The drivers side dash has a rattle when the temperature is cold. I explained this to them and they advised that if they couldn’t duplicate it they couldn’t repair it. I had asked them to check the fastenings to see if they were loose. The warranty will be expired when it gets cold again. So I am stuck with a rattling dash. I felt they should have checked the fasteners to see if they were loose. I will not ever return there for service. More
