Not the smoothest visit I have had when getting my vehicle serviced there. I dropped off my truck for a state inspection @0820. I was told it be ready in about an hour. I told my service worker I would be leaving and asked if he was going to call me when it was ready.. An hour passed and I had not heard anything. I blew it off as maybe they were busy. I tried to call the service department to get an update on the status of my vehicle and was sent to voicemail. I later tried texting my service provider around 1600. He responded it was done and that he had called and left a message. I informed him that that was not possible and that I had not received either. He checked his call log and realized the error. He then apologized for the error. More

I'm very thankful for the treatment and service I received from the San Antonio Dodge service department. My service advisor was Alfred and he really put a lot of effort into making sure I was happy received from the San Antonio Dodge service department. It was a big job that I was really nervous about but in the end my expectations were exceeded. I do not know the technician's name but I'm really grateful and impressed by the work he did. He got everything done quickly and I wasn't without my car for a long time. Alfred kept me updated every step of the way and overall it was really just a smooth experience for me.
