Mark was friendly, helpful, and kept me informed. My in-person visits with him were short and efficient. Overall, at the San Antonio location, customer service was excellent, thanks to Mark. However, delivery of the parts required for repaired was delayed twice. The original time estimate of 7 days for delivery actually realized itself as almost 4 weeks. This was an inconvenience on my time and money as I had to rent a car several times or ask for transportation from friends or colleagues. Also, the price of labor was exorbitant. $1400 for 1.5 days of work. Which exacerbated the financial burden imposed by the already expensive part. More
Overall, the customer service is good. Gabriela was very courteous and professional. My only issue is all employees need training in the Platinum Plus Vehicle Service Contract ( even the finance department courteous and professional.
