Bringing in my 2018 jeep Cherokee for service pretty much was a smooth process, since I had an 8 o'clock appointment. It was the sales technicians tactics for an alignment service, that then went down hill was a smooth process, since I had an 8 o'clock appointment. At the end of the day after speaking with Management and my service provider, and Bringing my disappointment in how the sales of the service went down in different ways, Service Management made the adjustments. My personal service advisor also apologized for the ways things happened. I want to continue to have this dealership handle my car needs. More
I've had nothing but exceptional help from the service department, been well informed about everything that needed to be done to my vehicle and was kept aware of where my vehicle was in the process of department, been well informed about everything that needed to be done to my vehicle and was kept aware of where my vehicle was in the process of being worked on. Am extremely pleased with the help Charisse Johns provided, very informative and polite, does her job well especially for someone who is as busy as she is. Everytime I was there she had at least 2 or more people in her office asking her questions and even on the phone working, definitely can multi-task better than anyone I know. Hats off to her and the job she does, you'll definitely have one of the best service people I've ever dealt with, better hold on to her. More
