Bobby was amazing! I am traveling from Colorado and I lost my key fob. Bobby not only was the only dealership in the bay area that had any, but worked with my insurance to get me a new fob, got it progr lost my key fob. After getting 18 emails, here it is. I was in a bad situation with an upside down used BMW. If I had had many other options, I probably would have left early in my 8 HOUR experience there. That's the only good thing I have to say. Finance guy Karnail tried to pack my deal with every possible extra that he would cover by getting a lower rate. Meaning I still pay for things I don't want so he gets commission. What a swell xxxxxxx. Lucky for me, I used to sell cars and I knew I would have to resign at the lower rate so I then told him to take out all the extras so he lied to me the the antitheft was required. I brought up that it said optional and he panicked and offered me free service for 3 years. I could probably make a big deal out of this..Still might. He proceeded to apply to hundreds of banks spelling my name wrong and entering the wrong information so much that I've many fraud alerts. They got me the worst credit union of all time with a non working website. They forgot to pay off my trade until I called/texted/emailed screaming. Moral of the story, don't go there. Just don't. Car dealers are the worst. This probably is about the same everywhere. Lying xxxxxxxx all around. Top it off with the sales manager Alex sending me an automated congratulations email to the wrong name... Bye... More

I dropped my 2019 jeep Rubicon for a check engine light and traction and was told it would be two weeks before they could look into the problem. I'm very upset with the fact me paying 50.000 plus for this and traction and was told it would be two weeks before they could look into the problem.
