Called San Leandro CDJR early Friday evening and got lucky--Rick Martinez answered the phone! Rick was super knowledgeable about the used Rivian I was looking at. After we hung up, he went to the lot and took a video of the truck for me to answer a bunch of questions I had. I appreciated so much that this dealership didn't play games with hidden add-ons, fees, or services, making it easy to finalize the deal, including financing, on Saturday morning. Sunday morning I flew into Oakland from San Diego. Even though it was his day off, Rick went above and beyond, even picking me up at the airport. After enjoying a cup of coffee, I was in and out of the dealership in a matter of minutes--the truck was perfect. I can't recommend Rick Martinez and his team enough for anyone considering buying a new or used car. More

This was hands-down, the easiest auto buying experience I ever had. Rick Martinez was so easy to work with, as was their finance manager Vanessa. Contacted Rick Friday evening, concluded the deal over the phone on Saturday and flew up from San Diego to pick up the next day. Delivery and handoff could not have been easier.
