I came in yesterday to get my lease buyout taken care of at this particular Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler dealership which happens to be my favorite in the Bay. Particularly because of excellent customer service whic at this particular Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler dealership which happens to be my favorite in the Bay. Particularly because of excellent customer service which I am convinced is a company-cultural aspect related to this dealership. Big thanks to Rick Martinez who helped us out, along with Walter Petris, both fantastic staff at this location and complete gentlemen as well. At no point in the process did I feel like they were not truly helping me, they went above and beyond to get myself and my wife taken care of. Rick Martinez is a class act, very personable and is a straight shooter. The kind of person I want to do business with. I have been to other Chrysler/Mopar dealerships and the customer service is nowhere near that of the quality of San Leandro’s location. Thank you Rick Martinez, thanks again Walter Petris. This is an honest review from a working man with three kids and a wife, don’t hesitate to come to this location for your needs. One of the issues with the screen cutting out is still occurring unfortunately. Wish I could give a 0 Star rating, because that’s what they’ve earned. I purchased new Jeep Wrangler in October from San Leandro, had to bring it back in for service when the rains began in December, sinc they’ve earned. I purchased new Jeep Wrangler in October from San Leandro, had to bring it back in for service when the rains began in December, since the Jeep has several leaks during rain. Very evident from videos I provided, and from the vehicle itself during the rainstorm when I brought it in for service. Service advisor Anders, the self proclaimed Jeep Whisperer advised me to put a tarp on it since nothing is wrong with the Jeep. Refused to document his knowledge. Matt, the service manager, at least listened to my concern and said they’d look into it, as well as reassigned me a new service advisor. Alex, new service advisor, promised to look into it, called me a couple times during the week with updates. On Christmas Eve he called to come pick it up since they were unable to locate a leak. I was baffled by this finding. When I arrived for pickup, I signed the paperwork and the Jeep was delivered. When I went to leave, I noticed the Jeep was sopping wet, even though the paperwork states it was dry. I returned to the service desk, called Alex to come inspect and that is when lies became clear. He refused to change to paperwork to state the wet findings, instead attempting to create a plan where I tarp it to isolate the leak during rain. I saw where this was going, so I departed and called Jeep Customer Care on my drive him from the dealer to create a case. If you want to be neglected and lied to, go to San Leandro Jeep service. I learned the hard way. Shady folks over there unfortunately, they fooled me. Jeep Customer Care directed me to another dealership (Cardinale Jeep) and they found a leak within 2 hours. It is not fixed yet, still leaks, but they are honest at least. More
