I have dealt with various dealerships in the bay area, this one was definitely my least favorite. Was not educated enough about the different trims, and found out huge differences after purchasing my vehi this one was definitely my least favorite. Was not educated enough about the different trims, and found out huge differences after purchasing my vehicle. The staff got me other customer’s paperwork by mistake twice. No internal coordination between the staff which gave me an unprofessional image. I was planning on getting a truck as well but will most likely find another RAM dealership. The person that entered my information in the office inside (I think Alex?) was very professional and apologized about the bad experience that we had. Overall, I'm unsatisfied and if was educated about the different trims, would have definitely walked out with a higher trim vehicle. More

I bought the Dodge journey last week and I ask the salesmen to look the color and the VIN number but is not in the lot. Vincent never try to help me to look around , after few days the color I want a salesmen to look the color and the VIN number but is not in the lot. Vincent Cruz did not take out my request that I don't want the stargard. I spoke the finance manager I told him to decline he don't want to remove it.. this Dealership was set for con from Andrea website to salesman to finance manager... I Will not recommend this Dodge dealership they not HONEST . More

Kale is an excellent car dealer. He is very intelligent and has exceptional people skills that I would one day like to attain. He understood my needs as a single mother with 3 kids, and suggested a better and has exceptional people skills that I would one day like to attain.
