The service manager has what appears to be little to no management ability. When I arrived to pick up my car after the first service appointment, he couldn’t find the keys; my salesman had to find them. D management ability. When I arrived to pick up my car after the first service appointment, he couldn’t find the keys; my salesman had to find them. During the second service issue, I brought the vehicle in for warranty work, the tech was unable to fix it. I was told to come back again, but before I could make that appointment, the service manager called me to say he wouldn’t be able to complete the work at that time because he was shorthanded. I’ve since gotten the car fixed at another dealer and I shall never step foot on San Leandro’s lot again. More
