The dealership had my car 8 days. Never once contacted me. Left 3 messages on separate days asking for a update, no response. They were to call Chrysler after verifying check engine code (warranty issue), me. Left 3 messages on separate days asking for a update, no response. Having been going there for my oil changes for 153,000 on the Challenger I bought new in 2011 from San Leandro Dodge Jeep Dealership. Sometimes takes an hour sometimes more.
