Gino The Great!! I walked into San Leandro Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, right before closing and was greeted by Gino Mendoza. He patiently walked me through many Jeeps; Gla I walked into San Leandro Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, right before closing and was greeted by Gino Mendoza. He patiently walked me through many Jeeps; Gladiators, Rubicons, Sierra's and finally a High Altitude-Lifted Sport. I was so impressed by his demeanor, professionalism, good humor and thoroughness, that I returned the following day to talk shop. I told him that if "the jeep fits in my underground parking" we could have a serious discussion over a purchase. Gino proceeded to take me home (after getting management approval) to insure it was the "right fit" and we returned and I purchased the Vehicle. If not for Gino being available for me in every way as a salesman and a solid source of information regarding all vehicles in the Lot, I would not have returned. I Would Recommend San Leandro Because Gino is there waiting to greet people and make them a very, very happy customer. Thank you Gino The Great!! More
less than happy My wife and I purchased a new 2019 Cherokee Limited at San Leandro Jeep. The sticker on the window clearly indicated that Limited models includes a to My wife and I purchased a new 2019 Cherokee Limited at San Leandro Jeep. The sticker on the window clearly indicated that Limited models includes a tonneau cover for the rear cargo area. At the time of delivery my wife noticed the tonneau cover missing from our new Jeep. We asked our salesman for it and he told us that our particular Cherokee was discounted doesn't come with a tonneau cover and we had to go buy our own tonneau cover. Well, my wife and I ordered a Jeep tonneau cover online and it was freaking $280!!! That's when I felt that this Jeep dealer sucks! Also...the day we took delivery of our new Cherokee and brought it home from the dealership the salesman FORGOT to provide and install the radio antenna on our new Cherokee. My wife and I obviously couldn't catch all the little missing details before leaving the dealership and driving 50 miles home. So, we had to make a trip back to San Leandro Jeep just to get the antenna. That sure killed the excitement of our new purchase. Also....2 days after taking delivery of my Jeep I noticed the right headlight aiming low at night driving. I couldn't see the road ahead of me safely as I was driving 65mph. Upon inspection of the right headlamp I noticed a deep 2" scratch on the headlamp lens that appear damaged from pushing into a large object that caused the entire right headlamp lens to aim downwards. Basically, the right headlamp got pushed in from driving into something. This is something I didn't catch at San Leandro Jeep during the excitement of purchasing my new Cherokee. Also...as soon as I tried the Apple car play for the first time none of the USB ports in my new Cherokee worked. The Uconnect radio wouldn't connect to anything on the USBs. I brought my Cherokee into Stewart Jeep to get the USB fixed. It took 2 days. When I got my Cherokee back the radio display was damaged. The damage was a burn inside the display that I didn't see til I brought my Cherokee home. Then I had to make another appointment to get the radio inspected and parts ordered for replacement. Also...I've noticed touch up paint peeling off from the front of the hood immediately after taking delivery of my Cherokee. Underneath the touch up paint was a paint chipped on the hood that San Leandro Jeep tried to hide. My Cherokee is Metallic Black which is difficult to catch errors on paint at night. But regardless, this makes the dealership image suck. I am so livid about this Jeep purchase. I've only had it for less than 2 months and it only has 900 miles. I'm scared to drive more and find out more problems. I can't even face a Jeep employee without feeling disgust. More

Very poor service i took my car in for a oil change it took them 7 hours to do this on top of all that i couldn't get a ride home. when they call to tell me my car was i took my car in for a oil change it took them 7 hours to do this on top of all that i couldn't get a ride home. when they call to tell me my car was ready i had to call somebody to come and take me back to pick up car i had to wait another 20 min because he couldn't pull the bill up for me to pay after all of that i pay bill $ 519.00 took my car got on freeway check oil gauge on dashboard it still had an oil life level of 16% which is were it was before i took car in for service had to take car in again for them to check to see if work was even done and to reset oil gauge this is a waste of my time Thank you More

I had a good experience at the dealership. They worked with my to make me happy. Only complaint that o have is when you spend 50 thousand for a vehicle you should be able to get the vehicle with a full ta with my to make me happy.
