Elijah is amazing! I took my 2016 Jeep Compass in to be seen for a noise it has been making when I turn left. The noise has been inconsistently present for over a year. I took my 2016 Jeep Compass in to be seen for a noise it has been making when I turn left. The noise has been inconsistently present for over a year. Unfortunately, nothing could be diagnosed because the noise was not present during my visit. Instead of being sent home frustrated, Elijah asked a second mechanic to take a look at my car. The second mechanic called Chrysler and was able to find a possible solution to my car's problem. Even if it is not a 100% guarantee, it felt good that my concern was taken seriously and that I didn't leave the garage at a loss. Thank you, Elijah, for extending excellent customer service. I will definitely be back again if I ever need to follow up on my car's problem, and I will ask to work with Elijah. More
