Service was fine except that I dropped car off on Thursday at 10am. I was told at the time that it would be done that day which surprised me because of published cleaning procedure. Walter is nice but his staff is unruly and rude. The man who works in finance is unprofessional and rude. Has an inferiority complex and obviously hates his job. Was sarcastic and emotional. I had to sign my paperwork with Walter because I couldn’t stand his attitude. I hate this place. I have purchased 3 cars here and have had a bad experience for two of the purchases. I even paid cash and it still took hours to process my transaction. I only come here because I live close to the dealership and I love Dodge cars and trucks. It’s such a shame that the vehicles bring so much joy but the xxxx that we get dragged through when trying to purchase one is almost unbearable. Wish there was a way to fix that.I spend tons of money and get treated like enemies when trying to buy one. Also when I went to drive off the lot with the truck I bought the low tire sensor light came on. I went back and asked Antonio if the shop could check the tire and make sure the light was off before I left and he said no. I begged him and he reluctantly drove it into the shop and they did fix it. God what an exhausting experience. More
Sympathetic service during tough times My battery died and I took my Jeep to San Leandro Jeep / Chrysler to have a new battery installed. Unfortunately, they could not do same day service, My battery died and I took my Jeep to San Leandro Jeep / Chrysler to have a new battery installed. Unfortunately, they could not do same day service, but I took my car back the following Monday (without any appointment) to have them diagnose the "check engine" light that came on. They made sure I had connected my new battery correctly, re-set my check engine light, changed my oil and rotated my tires. My cost = $0.00 A great big thank you to the service department at San Leandro Jeep / Chrysler who went out of their way to make sure my mind was at ease and my car is working properly during these very challenging times. They even came to my apartment to pick me up with their shuttle service. Great people, great service!!! More
