In regards of Bobby 2014 Ram 1500 with bumper to bumper coverage for life it was a promotion i got out the dealer when i purchased the truck.Bobby never once mentioned a 2014 Ram 1500 with bumper to bumper coverage for life it was a promotion i got out the dealer when i purchased the truck.Bobby never once mentioned a $100 “deductible” for the door lock work done on my truck,calls me after i have already left and checked out with someone else that also never mentioned that deductible. It’s not even noted on my paper work that i had to pay for anything so he calls me being very aggressive not allowing me to look over my contract and treating saying i had to pay and pay now over the phone or his reporting me to all Chrysler dealers to void any work needed on my truck,at the moment i was driving and repeatedly told him i was busy and he kept nagging wanting me to pay on the spot.Almost caused a accident due to this dumb xxx bob. More

New car! Totally unexpected! Dilai Tran was amazing! She took care of my wife and I and would not let us leave without a vehicle. At first the monthly payment that was initially quoted to us seemed out of reach, but not long after that she came back with an amount that was completely in our price range. We never expected to get a car...let alone a BRAND NEW 2019 DODGE JOURNEY WITH ONLY 15 MILES on the odometer...and without having to put ANY MONEY DOWN!! The fact that our credit was absolute garbage seemed to be a non issue! We cant thank them enough and will for sure be directing everone we know looking for a new vehicle to go straight to them! More

Horrible experience Got a truck from from the dealership, Raul helped us out. The truck that we got needed a part to be ordered, Raul said it will be ready early in the week since we made our purchase on a Saturday. Turns out we did not receive a phone call from the parts department, and we came by to see what was happening with Raul, he later changed his story that it may take up to 4 weeks, and that all the paper work and payments needed to be processed in full. Something he had completely told us the opposite to gets us hooked on purchasing the truck. It’s been 3 weeks and no call from no one, and Raul does not even follow through as he had told us to give us an update. Be careful with Raul and his manager, they do not keep their promises and change their stories afterwards. More
