Drove up from Fresno- Basically made the deal over the phone for my truck. They did not try to upgrade me. I do not do upgrades. They sent purchase order via email. Everything requested was completed. No heavy selling on nonessential services. Service writer was honest and told me I didn't need an oil change yet. But because I am going on a 3000 mile trip, I wanted nonessential services. Service writer was honest and told me I didn't need an oil change yet. But because I am going on a 3000 mile trip, I wanted fresh oil. I decided to get the oil change anyway for my peace of mind. I appreciated the fact that he was up front with that. I was in the same situation at the Richmond dealer, and the service writer didn't even say anything even though I was just there for an oil change a month prior. I will be coming back for my 30k when I need my Diff fluids changed out. More
