This place is terrible! By no means buy your car from this dealer. They sold me a SRT Challenger that they knew had issues prior to selling it to me. The day I purchased the car it would go through spell this dealer. They sold me a SRT Challenger that they knew had issues prior to selling it to me. The day I purchased the car it would go through spells when it didnt sound the same almost like it was dragging. The very next day I took it to the dodge dealer in Antioch. They tell me the fluids need to be flushed and the oil is at the 60 percent level. I pay out of my pocket for the repairs....mind you this is the VERY next day after I drove the car off the lot. The problem continues so I bring the car back to Dodge in San Leandro they tell me the car is fine and it has no problems. The next day the check engine light comes on so I bring the car back again. Sam in the service dept looks into the car and the car history and tells me this car issues before you bought it. Tells me to drop the car off Sept 10th and to come back in a couple of weeks and the car would be fixed. I return to find my car in the same place I left it with no work done. They tell me Sam no longer works there so they will not honor any of the repairs he promised even though its all documented in there computer system. Sammi Bassilios is the finance manager who seems animate on giving me the worst possible service. They wont even make a realistic compromise! Mind you everything Im saying is backed up by the carfax. All these trips I made to the dealer even the one the DAY AFTER I purchased the car. When you look deeper into the carfax you see the car had the tranny replaced right before they sold it to me and the car failed smog twice right before they sold it to me. The only one that has tried to be helpful is the initial salesperson John Poole but apparently he has no power. Everyone else has been trash to say the least. You think they offered me a rental car when I dropped my car off. NO! You think I got a call letting me know that they couldnt fix the car. NO! I didnt find out the car was just sitting until I came back to pick up what Im thinking is fixed vehicle! Im hearing they want to become like a Dodge super store DODGE CORPORATE please I beg you DONT DO IT! Just look at there yelp reviews they stay between 2 and 2.5 stars. If something different happens and I get some decent service in the near future I will write back and let you know that they corrected the issue but for now just take one lesson from this post. This one is an old school one :-( I got an almost insulting offer for my trade-in, so I had to come back home with two cars, not just a new one :-( All cars are equipped with a GPS tracking device and the dealer automatically charging you for it (they can't uninstall this), no information about that charge anywhere. Missing the second car key. I have been asked many times ( be email, text messages, phone calls) for a 100% satisfaction review. I feel like, I may not get my second key. My recommendation is for keeping the online price accurate (a great deal in my opinion). More
