I drove an hour and a half to look at a dodge charger scat pack. I get there only to realize there were scratches on the car and the bumper was busted! Nobody disclosed this to me beforehand and nobody intended to say anything at all even after I arrived. The only reason I drove out was because the car was 10k off msrp. They agreed to fix the bumper and I could deal with the scratches myself, so I bought the car. Now is the part where I had to schedule the appointment to get fixed. People on the phone were very rude and clearly had no communication between each other because every time I called it was like nobody knew what was going on. I was told when I bought the car that I would have a loaner while it was getting fixed, but I had to reschedule twice because they did not seem to know if they could locate a loaner or not. Both times I called the night before to confirm they had a loaner for me, and both times they failed to facilitate this. I had to escalate this with someone higher up to even get anywhere on this issue. Finally, on the third time, they confirmed I would have a loaner so I drove down. I dropped the car off on a Saturday because I live out of town and picked it up the next Saturday. They acted like I should be grateful they were getting me a loaner car and allowing me to pickup on a Saturday even if the car was ready before then. (All of this was agreed upon when I purchased the car). I get my car back and look it over and everything seemed to be ok with the repair so I signed for it. It wasn’t until I got the car home and washed it did I realize there were 3 more scratches on the car!! Zero communication, zero professionalism. Look out for yourself if you decide to buy a car from this place. There was one gentlemen from service (Ander) who was the only saving grace for this whole situation. He facilitated everything with decent communication, but other than that it was a horrible experience. More
