Not only did my keep sit there for 3 weeks waiting on parts and wrong parts this was the 2nd time it was there for the same reason. I was told I could not have a rental and then after last week I got a r parts and wrong parts this was the 2nd time it was there for the same reason. I was told I could not have a rental and then after last week I got a rental for a couple of days. Just not slot of care. When all done I asked if possible to clean my keep since sitting there for 3 weeks and said no. When I picked it up I was barley spoken too like I was a bother. More

I got a call last week about a recall; I set an appointment up for 19, 2023, two days ago. What can I say, as much as it feels like a hassle taking care of these things, the guys there truly un appointment up for 19, 2023, two days ago. What can I say, as much as it feels like a hassle taking care of these things, the guys there truly understand that and do their best to accommodate you what ever the circumstance may be! Best part about this visit, I had a part on back order that I asked one of the reps about while waiting and they went ahead and installed that part for me as it was already being worked on without me knowing, so when I got the vehicle back it was the cherry on top as they say, very pleasant surprise and I really appreciated it.
