I bought this jeep on 3/14 and it was raining and overcast. Didn’t notice the dents in the pictures until the next day. Reached out and was told that someone from the Folsom dealership would reach ou overcast. Didn’t notice the dents in the pictures until the next day. Reached out and was told that someone from the Folsom dealership would reach out to schedule a fix. It has now been 10days and no one has reached out. I have emailed Carlos, Bri, and text Armando and no one is responding. Very disappointing because everyone up until time of purchase was great. I guess they no longer care now that they have my money. Very frustrating to be dealing with issues like this after buying a brand new Jeep. More
