Took over 5 hours for an oil change & didn't rotate my tires Absolutely a joke it took 5 hours for an oil change. Then they cut corners by not rotating my tires or checking the tire pressure like it claims on my Absolutely a joke it took 5 hours for an oil change. Then they cut corners by not rotating my tires or checking the tire pressure like it claims on my paperwork. End of the day on a Friday, yeah not going to take care of the tires. Then they cut the windshield wiper fluid line when the technician must have closed the hood on it. What a joke! I'd go back and complain but they take no responsibility here. I'm kinda glad they had their showroom broke in to and all those high end cars stolen. Karma for an owner and service department that doesn't care. I'll probably go to another dealer or some place else to get service next time. More

Originally brought car in for tune up. The 4 other times following that were to fix what was done to it during the work as error codes kept coming on.
