Just went thru the misleading bait and switch from this dealership. Pure disappointment the fact they want to take advantage of people in these times. Gino was polite, attentive and informative. Negotiated a fair amount for trade, assisted in finding vehicle options that were in stock. Test drove, prepared paperwork and financing. Several emails and weeks later, still haven't heard anything back on resolving the bed step. Unfortunate. I was a great experience up until this point. More
