San Marcos Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Not sure on the sales department, they wouldn't return calls on a Jeep they had, but DO NOT LET THEM FIX ANYTHING. They have had my truck since 10/31. "Fixed" problem 2x then motor seized. The saga of no response is worse than the technician's apparent incompetence after stating there might be a crack on the flywheel AFTER dude replaced an automatic transmission. Their theory of ' this is how doctors diagnose before you have a heart attack then you have a heart attack' Just run, don't walk, to someone else. Friends all over think they need to have me keys to new vehicle... I don't know I would take it from them More

Take your car somewhere else to be serviced. They lie, take no accountably or responsibility for what was said and didn't do. I had two recalls.
