Took my car in for a recall service that was supposed to be taken care of same day, one of the bolts broke that supported that part, so it ended up taking longer. I was the one having to call every few days to get an update. I was finally told about a week later that my car would be ready for pickup the following day. I showed up and they couldn’t even find my car, and it wasn’t ready for pickup. When it was a few days later, I had to immediately take it back because of a rattling noise coming from the engine that wasn’t there before. Took them another day to get that fixed. Overall had a pretty terrible experience with this dealership and will not be taking my car back again. More

I went into SMCDRJ for an oil change and showed the service writer the red "bottle opener" previously given me by the Service Manager (over a previous issue) for discounted oil changes. The service writer advised me that program expired and never mentioned the discount coupon that was available. The result was a $109 bill instead of the $39.95 with the coupon. I called the service writer to discuss this problem, but he never returned my call. I tried to call the Service Manager but no one answered, not even voice mail The previous issue was pressing my wife for extra, excessive work when she went in for the last oil change. We WILL NOT ever use this dealer again. The are simply after how much money they can get, right now, not long time customers. More
