Poor Service on a Recall Program My brand new Fusion had a recall issued on it - a repair that will require from a half-day to a full-day. The dealership is not providing a rental or My brand new Fusion had a recall issued on it - a repair that will require from a half-day to a full-day. The dealership is not providing a rental or loaner vehicle, and during my initial request on what I was supposed to do while they had my vehicle in house I was told that "I did not HAVE to leave the dealership" during the time my car would be there. Ford created an inconvenience for my by creating this defect in their manufacturing process, and has compounded the issue by requiring me to pay for a vehicle to use while they rectify the issue. Not happy here. More
