Title lady I called just to check on my plate, just wanted to know a time frame. “What a joke. This place has their "Quicklane" performing work that should be getting done by one of their professional technicians, i had Thousands of dollars worth of work done and when i walked performing work that should be getting done by one of their professional technicians, i had Thousands of dollars worth of work done and when i walked around the back to peek in on my vehicle i noticed several quicklane guys standing around my truck scratching their heads, trying to get my radiator out, hammering on parts and obviously breaking things due to there lack of knowledge or skills. this must be the dealerships way of getting the most of there money, have the guys that just got out of school and know nothing, fix peoples cars because they are willing to work for peanuts, instead of sending the work to a higher paid, qualified technician. If you want your car worked on by a guy that makes 8 dollars an hour and has a tackle box for a tool box. this is your dealership! when i attempted to talk to the shop forman mike, he was obviously too busy on his cell phone to speak with me, he just raised his finger as if to tell me that whomever he was talking to on the phone was more important than a concerned customer, then walked away out the back door and disappeared. I just paid my bill and went home, upset and disgusted by this so called ford dealership, when i parked in my driveway i noticed a clunk noise, so instead of going back and having another clown hack up my explorer i decided to climb underneath and take a look, my ball joint on one side had the nut started on it but was not tightened! and the lug nuts were loose on one wheel!!. luckily my wheel did not fall off and cause an accident. This is the worst dealership i have ever been too. backyard labor skills at a dealership premium cost. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this pathetic excuse of a dealership. NEVER AGAIN. Arrived at the service dept to find an empty service bay with no one in site. Finally walked into the building and talked with a service advisor regarding some very basic problems. The front power port is not working and I was quickly told I, as the owner, must have put a power charger that was not compatible and broke it. If that is the case, it is not covered under warranty and I would need to pay out of pocket for it. I also was there regarding a cover under the truck that was hanging off. If the time was taken to actually look, it would be obvious the bolt broke off and needed to be repaired. I was told I must have driven somewhere I shouldn't have, and again, I damaged this and it won't be covered. This was amazing information from a person who would not even get up from his chair to look these items over. How do you even begin to repair items without looking at them first. It is amazing this service department has customers who would return after such poor service, and plenty of other Ford Dealerships to go to. I would higly recommend to go elsewhere to receive some sort of service from a facility who values the business. More

Worked oh so hard to figure out trade in and get us a good payment plan and didn't cry when he saw our credit scores. Our finance guy Johan who has 8 kids who should get a job reading to kids as much stuff he has to read and go over with you. And Ryan the inservice guy. Knows phones and cars inside and out. And a special shout out to customer relations Anne Pierce. We had just a minor little issue and she helped us right out. Super customer service, super experience at San Tan Ford! More

This dealership and this particular sales person were outstanding. I am 66 years old and have purchased many vehicles over the years. This was the most pleasant and quickest buying process I have ever had. He and everyone at San Tan Ford were pleasant, friendly, courteous and professional at all times. I will definitely return there when I am in the market for a new Ford and will use their service department as I am sure they are equally good. I would like to add that from the moment I got there, they knew they would not make much commission from me as I had a special discount plan from Ford. I have been to other Ford dealerships where they didn't want much to do with me because of it. More
