My Bronco has been in this dealership a few times and the one thing that they were trying to fix was my water reservoir it is still not working on my Bronco. I bought it from them I would like to have it ser one thing that they were trying to fix was my water reservoir it is still not working on my Bronco. I bought it from them I would like to have it serviced and all the repairs that were necessary when I purchased it and I'm still waiting I have dealt with multiple people multiple times. I don't even know what to do anymore. I have saved money this is the car I wanted I got to a point to where I could get it and now I don't even want it. Unbelievable unnecessary unprofessional terrible terrible service. More

So far have been honest and competent. The issue is with Ford itself in that they are low on pretty much all parts. This affects the dealer's ability to perform diagnosis and repairs in any acceptable amount of time (took 10 days to diagnose and fix a warranty related issue). Ford needs to solve their supply chain issues ASAP. More
