I came in for a recall and received excellent service today. Skylar was my service advisor. He was polite and very pleasant. 23 Santa Fe Calligraphy, headlight issue w/fading as driving. Tech could not replicate but did check connections, computer etc. This is understandable since its not a consistent issue, have been told ab driving. Comp service inspection was done, all explained well, ready as expected w/note to return if issue arises on next trip as well a 8K service due. Larry Appleby was service advisor, kept me informed, pleasant to work with, will return to him again. Overall very pleased with service from first walk in the door to time left. On a side note, the service manager's office is in a position to watch the service advisors which I haven't seen that set up in other dealers. Service manager is active in making sure customers are being taken care of, interacts with his team and with customer as necessary. 5 stars to STH with this experience and will return soon for the next service due. More
