My girlfriend and I had an AWFUL experience with the local dealer (Bill Penney Toyota) and an awful experience when we bought my girlfriends RAV4 at Charles Maund Toyota in Austin, Tx so we drove about an hour to get the truck. From the day we ordered it to the day we picked it up there was a great line of communication and I never felt pressured. I am big on customer service so I feel like I’m often hard to please in that way but David and Joey blew me away. I will refer any and everybody I can to Sand Mountain. I was going to try to find a dealer closer to me for service but I honestly think I’ll just have to take the drive because Sand Mountain seems to be run so much better than any dealer I have been to. (Including when I worked in the parts department for a Ford dealer) I would like for the whole dealer to get some recognition. You have a customer for life. More
