5000 mile servicing I arrived a little earlier then my appointment but they took my car right back to the service area and let me know there were coffee or water in waiti I arrived a little earlier then my appointment but they took my car right back to the service area and let me know there were coffee or water in waiting area and please have a seat and they would let me know as soon as car was done. About 35-46 minutes later I was told by service department my car was ready and he walked out to car with me to check it out and they always do a car wash and vacuum but I had made a long trip to Wisconsin and after car wash still had a few bug splattered on front of car and he said no problem let’s get that taken care of so he asked a worker to take back and get the bugs off and then bring it back out which only took him about 10 minutes and he was back with my car looking brand new. What an awesome bunch of employees Mr Brickey has at Sand Mountain Toyota definitely the only place I go to for my car needs and recommend to all my family and friends. Car Performance I explained to the service people that occasionally the vehicle was nonresponsive and l thought that it was either a fuel or a transmission issue. I was immediately told that it was a transmission problem and that I would have to live with it. I don't think so!!!!! It will get me hurt or killed. This needs to be fixed now. I have owned several Toyota s and have been very happy with them and the service. They were purchased from another dealership. More

Will not finish fixing what was promised to be fixed Bought a 2014 GMC Acadia . Passenger side daytime running light inoperable. Was told it would be fix. Twice at the service department, replaced headli Bought a 2014 GMC Acadia . Passenger side daytime running light inoperable. Was told it would be fix. Twice at the service department, replaced headlight assembly. 1week later and still inoperable and now driver side works when it wants to. Was told it’s an electrical problem. Refuses to do any more because they have spent to much already. Not only is this poor customer care but a safety issue. Stay away from this place. When vehicle is paid for( had my own financing already done) and paperwork is signed, you are no longer important More
