I purchased a used Audi that had damage to the grill and supporting parts. The contract included a commitment to repair these components as part of the "we owe" agreement. We opted to perform the repairs ourselves, with Sandberg supplying the necessary parts according to the agreement, instead of taking the vehicle back over to the coast for Sandberg's service due to the travel distance from Spokane. We have been attempting to coordinate with Sandberg for several weeks to obtain the required parts. Today, we were informed that Tom prefers the body shop to source cheaper parts. We are considering trailering the car back to Sandberg for repairs, which would ultimately incur higher costs for them due to shop time and labor fees. Our primary request is simply to receive the parts needed for the repair. We are not even requesting the paint necessary for fixing the bumper. At this time I will never refer anyone to Sandberg to buy a thing since they don’t stand by what they put in writing. More
