I came onto the lot, with it in my mind that this test drive was to prove to myself, I wanted the Mazda. Feras Abou-Zaki and I had chatted on the phone regarding my price range, what I was looking for in a vehicle and my interest in test driving a used 2014 S60. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile and firm hand shake by Feras. After offering me refreshments, we sat down and recapped our phone conversation. He kindly explained pricing on the 2014 I had been looking at, and an estimation of what my total amount financed would end up being. It made perfect sense after he provided me with additional information – I would need to spend more than desired on this car. To my surprise, he had really done his homework – he found a 2012 S60 that looked identical to the vehicle I was interested in and had it pulled up and ready for a test drive. I actually had fun on the test drive! Feras shared information about the vehicle, while getting to know me as well. I felt like he genuinely cared, as opposed to just trying to sell me a car. After the test drive, he inquired about questions and concerns rather than jumping into pricing. At this point, I was super excited about the car and wanted to talk numbers. Feras presented me with pricing information on the 2012 and the 2014 which painted a clearer picture, of what made the most sense for me. I wanted to let this information marinate and really take time in making my decision. Feras offered to let me take the vehicle overnight, and never once made me feel pressured to buy the car right then. I had decided this was the car for me and returned to Sandberg the next day. You cannot beat a perfect car at a perfect price. The whole Volvo crew (Feras, Winston, and the finance gentleman) really went above and beyond for me. The team made me feel like a VIP customer, even though I wasn’t buying the most expensive car on the lot. I walked away feeling great about my purchase, and even better about the deal. Special thanks to Feras, if it wasn't for him I probably would have bought the Mazda. Thank you so much! More

We came in with very specific criteria for our next vehicle and they found us a car that worked perfectly and we absolutely love it!! We felt like we got the best deal and we were treated with respect and weren't pressured like past experiences as other dealerships. You should feel comfortable with such a large purchase, and Victor and Feras really did that! We would recommend this dealership to anyone, this is a stand-up place. More

The dealership refused to honor and ship an order for an accessory part because they claimed that the published web price was in error. The difference between the published price and the corrected price was $42. The cost is small, but they paid a higher price in loss of customer confidence. More

We were fortunate to have Todd field our calls and emails and he never made us feel rushed with our questions. He found the Volvo we wanted in the color we wanted and coordinated with another dealership to get the requested vehicle. We got the platinum series with the BLIS system. The turbo is awesome and after having two Audi cars I can say the 300 horsepower turbo with the sport mode blew those cars away. I also got the 50000 mile/5 year maintenance plan and was offered 100000mile/10 year maintenance plan for an additional 9 dollars a month which I took advantage of. The sales manager, Sam Hung was equally service oriented and took great care of us and helped set up our phones and navigation system and gave us a great tour of our new XC 70. I was referred by a colleague who lives in Chehalis who purchased two Volvos in Lynnwood Volvo. We had completed this purchase with a very active 33 month old. The walk through and vehicle orientation was completed individually so we could take turns watching our daughter. Double the time spent with us without feeling rushed. The Sandberg Volvo dealership in Lynnwood also has a kid friendly and well stocked playroom. I highly recommend this Volvo dealership looking for exceptional and genuinely friendly service. Look for Todd and Sam to make your next Volvo purchase hassle free. Plus get the Costco pricing if you are a Costco member. More
BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT buy used vehicles from them. With in 20 miles of leaving the dealership we have a dead battery, a check engine warning and a non functioning Navigation system/radio. Their reply is we should have bought the extended warranty (which they did NOT offer to sell us). I realize it is a used vehicle but they would have had to jump start the car for our test drive so they knew there were problems. More

DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE! Scam artists, buy bad cars and resell them to unsuspecting customers. Hung up on me when I called on my warranty as my car didn't start the day after I bought it.
