Excellent customer service from Valeri Parker We were headed to an appointment at another dealership and got lost. We ended up at Sanders Ford and decided to stop and just look. Valeri approached us, such a happy motivated and genuine lady. She sat us down we told her exactly what we wanted and then she showed us just that. We told her the price features and told her we won't test drive it because it's not ours.So she offered to drive us in our new car since we felt uncomfortable. We so appreciate everything she has done for us. We went in looking for a Sonata came out with a 2015 Chrysler 200 which is so much more than a Sonata. She's caring compatienate and listens to you when you speak unlike some people. All I can say for myself and John my husband is that if you ever need a vehicle the first thing you need to do is go to Sanders Ford and ask for only Valeri Parker. We feel like shes more than just a sales person that she's now a friend, which means a lot.
