We were greeted by Bob Pacella when we visited their pre owned car lot and after we explained what we were looking for and our price range he proceeded to show us several cars. We never felt that we were being pressured at any time. Bob explained the differences between the various cars and answered all of our questions. When we had decided on a car we were never approached by a “closer” manager. We were not pressured and given all the time needed to make a decision about buying a car. The amazing thing happened however after we had seen the car we wanted and had discussed the pricing, Bob suggested that we could actually up grade to a NEW car for about the same price. He did not need to do this since we had almost agreed to purchase the used car. We went home with the new car. Thanks Bob for a really nice buying experience.
