Being a military family, we are always on a very tight budget so I was very worried we would have to break the bank to get our truck up and running again. The people at Sanders Ford were exceptional, especially JB in the service department. He went out of his way to help us get our truck fixed, and he worked with our warranty company to quickly and easily take care of all costs. JB was a shining example of what customer service is supposed to look like, and he has won us as a customer for the duration of our station here at Camp Lejeune. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your Ford vehicle needs. More

However, the vehicle that I viewed online was exactly what the pictures and description in the internet listing suggested. Actually, the vehicle looked better in person. My car salesman, Mr. Damon Fairchild, was extremely friendly and approachable. He made it his duty to sell me the car that I requested although it was initially out of my price range. I However, we were able to agree upon a reasonable price and finalized the deal. Sanders Ford Swansboro I have been looking for a good used Ford F150 for a few months. Damon went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. Not only did I get I have been looking for a good used Ford F150 for a few months. Damon went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. Not only did I get an F150 but it has a king cab 4 door and was in excellent shape. within the first 100 miles the engine light came on and the engine was running rough. The vehicle, of course, was sold as is and once you drive it off the lot its your responsibility. However, once Damon heard about it he went to bat for me and the service department fixed the problem without delay Tiffany also helped a lot. The truck is running great. Mr. Greg Dawson introduced himself and we started talking. We started to compare the two brands and was thinking all the time about all the BS . Greg was talking about. (After all I am pretty much a Cevy man.) Greg finally told me to sit loose and he would bring the F250 up front for me to actually check out and sit in. After looking and checking this vehicle out, I was amazed the difference this truck was compared to the Chevy 2500. I was sold on this F250. The nxt day I was signing the papers. My hobby is riding the Railroad tracks . This is why I purchase this vehicle. I am having a set oe railroad wheels installed in order for it to ride the raillroad. This F250 is built FORD TOUGH.
