I was interested in an F-250 Supercrew pickup truck. I did some research on the internet. Cars.com sent me to Sanderson Ford. I was not familiar with the dealership before this. I found a truck there that I was interested in. I emailed my info and my request to Sanderson. Within a day I received a call from the dealership. The lady (can't remember her name) from Sanderson was very helpful. She set up an appointment so I could get a better look at the truck. At first I had a few reservations about the truck. My wife and grandson and I test drove a new truck. I did not think it would be in my price range. My salesman Phillip Foy was very helpful. We discussed the intended truck, took it for a test drive. All my concerns were taken care of by Philip and the dealership. We were able to come together to make a deal. I am now the proud owner of a 2011 F-250 Supercrew Lariat pickup. I will recommend Phillip and Sanderson Ford to my family and friends that are interested in a new or used vehicle. Went to Sanders Ford to have a leveling kit installed on 2013 F150. When I showed up I was met by JB who was very polite and appeared to really enjoy his job. We discussed what I wanted done, I signed some 2013 F150. When I showed up I was met by JB who was very polite and appeared to really enjoy his job. When I get back to Sanders Ford, JB had all my paper work ready and was still in a great mood even though it was past closing time. JB reviewed everything they had done and even surprised me with a very clean truck. I have dealt with many service departments in my life but this was truly the best experience I had ever had. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Charles Arnold to purchase a 2014 Explorer Limited. My husband is deployed, I do not live in that area, and I have a very busy schedule. He found exactly what I wanted, within the given timeframe (3 days) and budget! His professionalism, and attention to detail made for an exceptional experience! All I had to do was drive there and pick up my new vehicle. As it turned out, I got more than I ever expected in my new explorer! Also, he made sure that everything was transferred over from my old vehicle to the new one. I did not have to lift a finger.
