I visited the Ford dealership initially to consider a used or new vehicle to replace the Ford I owned, which was on a lease. He referred me to the salesperson who helped me a few years ago with my initial Ford purchase, Geoff Kersey. However, when I visited the dealership, Mr. Kersey was helping another customer, and, instead of making me wait on him to finish, he hooked me up with Kevin Blake, which I appreciated. Mr. Blake was very courteous as well as knowledgeable. He readily supplied information about the car(s) I was considering, allowing me to make an informed decision. I am grateful he didn't attempt to pressure me into buying, but instead gave every appearance of allowing me the time I needed to think about my options and also discuss it with my husband. The dealership was quite busy when we returned to finalize the paperwork, and we did experience a bit of a wait. However, when we visited the finance department, it was very smooth and painless. While we were waiting, several other staff members approached us to make sure we were being helped. All in all, this was our second positive sales experience with Sanders Ford, and we feel very satisfied with both experiences. More
Sander's took the extra steps to make sure that you were treated respectfully and given a fair price. This has to be the greatest experience of buying a car that my husband and I have experienced in a long time. During the test drive Bruce never pressured us and simply answered our questions.
