Overall experience was good. The sales associate was very kind. He kept contact with us updating us on the loan progress. Next morning got a call and was told we were approved and to come pick the C-Max Hyb kind. He kept contact with us updating us on the loan progress. Next morning got a call and was told we were approved and to come pick the C-Max Hybrid up at lunch time. Since test driving it. The car ride so smooth. You really can't tell the car is on. I recommend asking any FORD dealer to test drive the C-Max Hybrid car. So far I have driven 65miles and it says I have used only 0.3 Gal. of gas. Thank you Ralph Tusing he is a great sales associate. The over time it took was only 3hours to walk away with the car that's including the time to decided on the car and loan processing and paperwork. Overall A+++ experience. More
