Being in the Military, I was very nervous to purchase a car so close to Camp Lejeune- there are so many horror stories! When I arrived, I met Vincent and he is probably the most upfront genuine salesman I have ever met. Knowledgeable, professional and relaxed; I drove out of the dealership that day with a new truck and peace of mind that Sanders will take care of me after the sale. Ok, so I am editing my review of Sanders Ford Service Department. Although I had a bad experience on Friday when I took my car into get the AC serviced, I feel my concerns were more than met and I left s Department. Although I had a bad experience on Friday when I took my car into get the AC serviced, I feel my concerns were more than met and I left satisfied. Let me say that it was not the employees that made my experience bad, I think it was mostly a miscommunication. JD in particular was very professional, helpful and willing to address my concerns. Brad the service manager called me as soon as he discovered my unhappiness and explained everything to me and offered to give me a discount on the service charges. I thank both of them for their help and professionalism. I recommend JD gets a raise and promotion. The service done on my 2010 Ford Fusion was excellent. The AC was fixed without an issue and now in colder than when I first bought the car. I think the measure of a company is how they deal with customers when the customer is not happy. Sanders Ford Service Department addressed my concerns and more than made up for the issues I had with them. Thank you Sanders Ford!!!!!!! More

From the very moment I arrived to the dealership, friendly staff greeted me with a smile. Immediately, Mr. Jorge Berger informed me about all the exciting rebates Sanders Ford was offering. Mr. Berger proved a stress free environment by allowing me to ask questions and roam the lot freely. The knowledge and professionalism Mr. Berger demonstrated was impressive. Test-driving the F-150 was an enjoyable experience as well. Throughout the drive, Mr. Berger informed me of the capabilities and extras the truck had to offer. He went beyond my expectations when he explained the materials used to make the truck and the quality of care that goes into each Ford vehicle. The process of my purchase was flawless from the begining. Every detail was carefully explained and easy to understand. Mr. Berger and Mr. Swanyks answered all my questions immediately and proved me with reference material in case I had more questions in the future. Their attention to detail and care for service is unmatched. I highly recommended making your next purchase with Sanders Ford where customer satisfaction is their priority. More
I send this rating to help Ford do better. I was very satisfied with the effort of Mr Sandersford, however, the company itself, did its best to NOT sell this vehicle. I was told by management that FORD satisfied with the effort of Mr Sandersford, however, the company itself, did its best to NOT sell this vehicle. I was told by management that FORD rarely gives discounts...military, disabled, or anything. Now, I realize that FORD is a cut above, (sarcasm) but the rest of the dealerships I have delt with in my short 47 years has found a way to assist the struggling parents of America. I wanted to support an American made company, eventhough, I found foreign vehicles with better gas mileage. And they were priced atleast $3k less than the model I purchaced. I then had a $750 dollar coupon mailed to me from FORD and was told that due to financing through Ford, I cannot use the coupon. Now, I also told that an incentive was taking away from me already due to this Ford financing. So I had two rarely giving incentives taking away. The waiting process for the salesperson and customer to get to sit with the finance guy needs to be emproved. You want to purchase a vehicle and you wind up eating lunch and dinner at the dealership is unsat. Two days of this. Also, the saleman and myself agreed to a lower monthly payment via handshake and what he had written on an estimate. Yet, the next day, instead of $387, I am told $421 per month. I was told that the finance guy, ran the #'s but did not use an interest rate in the calculations. I was not satified, but I wanted to support America and accepted the higher monthly payments. This makes me think that Sanders Ford will do anything to get a sale. Not sure if i will recommend others to your establishment. I don't want them to feel Taken. You want to feel satisfied and comfortable when making a purchase like this. I do hope this is read and not just a fake picture of concern for your customers. More
