BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Mike was straight forward and awesome, no back and forth with faceless managers, the manager actually came out and shook both our hands. Me and my husband have been trying to get out of are 2006 f 350 and had no luck. We went to ford and meet michael. As always when I go to the Swansboro Ford dealer, I'm greeted by name and with a handshake. I absolutely love this dealership and went on 5/21/2013 to have my 2011 Mustang Gt serviced; oil change. I recently purchased a 2012 Chevy Sonic from a local dealership , and it turned out to be a horrible deal for me. I talked with Matt Ramen and Ralph Tusing they offered me what I felt was a very fair trade in on my 2000 F-250 Power stroke Diesel and a good price on the 2013 F-250 Power Stroke Diesel. Ralph has gone out of his way to provide assistance with any questions I had, and if I had any problems and or maintenance work that needed to be done to contact him first and he would see that it would get done properly.
