I would like to say a great big thank you to my sales consultant Michael Coloton, for making me feel confident in purchasing my Nissan Altima. Having paid off my car I didn't want to have a car payment that would stress me out each month. Michael was very patient and worked with me to make the right choice of car and car payment that I'd be comfortable with. From the test drives to signing all the paperwork, everyone I dealt with was very kind and courteous. My wife had previously bought a car from Sanders Ford in Swansboro and liked all the associates there. In looking for a truck at the right price, we shopped a couple of other dealerships before going here. Swansboro and liked all the associates there. He never shut us down on price when we asked for a lower one. He simply took our price to the manager and came back with an accepted offer. Through the entire process, he was honest when answering all of our questions. When completing the transaction, we finished with Mykola and he too was very professional and friendly. At no time, did either associate pressure us into making a decision. We felt very good about the vehicle we were buying and about the dealership. There was no hesitation as to whether we were making the right decision. My wife has said that when she needs to trade up her current vehicle, she will definately go to this dealership and most definately will ask for Bruce. More

I usually cringe when buying a car and feel a little upset leaving knowing I just made this huge purchase. I did not have that experience when I went to Sanders Ford. The dealership went above and beyond in order to find a C-MAX Hybrid for me, finally ending up having to order one.
