The entire staff was extremely courteous and willing to treat me like a customer instead of a source of income. This is hard to find in the car buying business today. Bruce Wright was an excellent Sales Representative who knows what it means to go the extra mile to make a sale. Bruce came in on his off day just to accommodate my schedule and stayed with me the entire step of the way. He introduced me to Tom, Darren and Mykola and ensured all my questions were answered. Mykola was an excellent Financial Adviser who displays a massive knowledge within his job field. He was extremely patient with me as I asked many questions and took time to deliberate the choice of accepting a Maintenance plan. He was able to give great detail about the program to ensure I made a logical decision. I cannot express enough the professionalism this dealership displays. They were approached with a very awkward request on Monday and had me in a new car by Wednesday evening. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and will be recommending this dealership to anyone searching for a new Ford. More
