We were planning on going by the Ford lot to look at a couple cars suggested by our son. Another dealer, at another lot we were at, told us to ask for Ralph. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and sh couple cars suggested by our son. Another dealer, at another lot we were at, told us to ask for Ralph. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and showed directly to Ralph when we ask. We told him the cars we were interested in looking at, he showed them to us and we realized they were not really what we wanted. After a few more questions, Ralph made a couple suggestions and then took us in to look at the C-Max that was currently on the showroom floor. We had not looked at any hybrid cars until then. This opened a whole new area we wanted to explore. Ralph offered to run numbers for us, but we wanted to get some lunch, talk, and maybe check a couple other hybrids. We never felt pressured to buy something spontaneously. Several hours later, after not finding anything else that came close to the C-Max, we came back to Ralph to run numbers. He had a customer, but stepped out for a second to greet us, offer us something to drink and let us know he would be with us shortly. Once in his office, again, there was no pressure. We ask a few more questions and then started the process for purchase. Within a couple hours, we were completely financed, papers signed, all warranty options explained, cell phone synced to the car and out the door! Over all, we were very happy with the knowledge Ralph had of all the merchandise on the lot and helping us to find what we needed for our family and driving needs. I feel confident if there were a problem, Ralph would do everything within his power to fix it and would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. More

Phillip Foy is an excellent salesperson at Sanders Ford. My husband and I were thinking about buying a 2013 ford explorer so I went in last Thursday to check them out while my husband was at work. He took me out to the lot and asked me exactly what I wanted in my new car. I didn't want the basic model, nor did I want the most jazzed up model. I wanted a happy medium, which Phillip set out to find on another lot. He pulled out an explorer they had on the lot so I could test drive it, but before I did, he explained everything about the car, from front to back, until every detail was completely covered and I understood. He was patient and answered all of my questions, he took as much time as I needed, and he wasn't pushy at all. He finally found an explorer on a lot in South Carolina that we decided we like, but later that night, I sent Phillip a text message explaining that my husband had actually found a different one that he liked better on the second Sanders Ford lot in Swansboro, North Carolina. I met Phillip the next day, he had already checked on the explorer my husband really wanted and was able to have them bring the explorer to the Jacksonville Ford; he had every base covered. We bought the car. I know that after you make a purchase, the salesperson is supposed to go over all sorts of stuff with you about the car, and Phillip did do that, but because he had done such a thorough job of it the day before, we didn't let him finish, no need in making him do the same thing twice. The new explorer is wonderful and we will definitely be recommending Sanders Ford and Phillip Foy to any and everybody, and we most definitely will be purchasing from them in the future. More
