Both listened to my needs, my concerns, and my wishes in what it was I wanted in a vehicle, and they nailed it. I live two and a half hours away, however, prefer to do my business with Sanders. The bulk of the buying process was done via telephone, online, and through video chats simply because my car was totaled in an accident a few days prior. Thomas went to their sister dealership, to review a vehicle I was interested in. He chatted me through video and walked me through every inch of that car. Showing me all the features and benefits, and I fell in love with his recommendation. Within 24 hours, my vehicle was delivered to me, again, 2 1/2 hours away, by their delivery expert, Ray, and Thomas himself. I have had an outstanding experience with their entire dealership, and will use them specifically for all of my future buying needs!
