Greg was the definition of southern hospitality, and went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for us. He found a vehicle that met all our needs plus some over night and under budget. He even walked my dog around the lot while we were finishing up paperwork. He did everything for us he said he would and was so polite and fun to talk to. Tom was the other gentleman involved in our car-buying and was just as polite, good mannered and honest as Greg. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them when the time came and would recommend them to someone who wants a good buying experience without the go-around normal dealerships give you! More

I came in thinking that I wanted to buy our lease car, but we drove happily away in our new Ford Explorer. Eric worked with me personally for a few hours answering all of my questions, and breaking it down barney style going over different scenarios. I know that I can be difficult to work with when it comes to buying a car, but never once did I feel or see any type of frustration coming from him due to my indecisiveness. I didn't feel pressured or ever feel like someone is hovering over me (which normally happens when I visit a dealership). I felt like I was given the best advice and recommendations, and from there I was able to think about my decision without feeling rushed. Overall I walked away with a car and a car payment that I am satisfied with. Due to our great experience with the staff, my husband came back the next day to see if he could trade in his truck for another truck. Long story short, my husband was able to get a truck that he loves and a payment that he is satisfied with. I definitely recommend Eric Jones and I will send him referrals any chance I get. Excellent Dealership, Salesman, Service....No Complaints I had never been a "Ford Guy" but driving by a white 2014 Mustang caught my eye and I turned around for a better look. Amazing service! This was my first time buying my own car. Let me just say its been rough,well untill I came upon sanders ford of swansboro. I never felt the pressure of those huge car lots I was going too previously. It was a hometown experience from people that live around me and want to take care of their community. All I did was walk in the front door said how much I could spend on the truck and then Eric and the team went to work for me. Not only did they get the truck out the door for my budget but went above and beyond to make this used truck right. They fixed an exhaust issue did an alignment flushed the fluids multiple time and pretty much made the truck feel brand new. Now a week later I realized I had a leak from the third brake light tom and eric were quick to schedule me for a repair and ready for me right away. Anyone looking for real people to help you with buying a vehicle need to come down here,its worth meeting these guys they'll work hard for you. More

Mustang Help! I wanted to do something nice for my mother who is in hospice care. When she was younger she a 1965 Mustang. I thought it would be nice to rent a Mustang one weekend and drive her around some. I wanted to do this while she could still enjoy this. I called around to all the rental agencies in the area: (Morehead, Swansboro, Jacksonville, and New Bern) I was told that they don't hold specific vehicles and that they would not guarantee a mustang. I went to Sanders Ford in Swansboro and told my story to Kevin Blake. He listened and told me to come back on Saturday and that "they would fix me up". I went back Saturday morning and they were true to their work. Mr. Blake had Rob Winslow help me. They wrote me up for a 96 hour temporary registration and allowed me to pick any car I wanted. He provided us with all of the information, let us test drive the vehicle, and let us leave the lot without deploying any of the typical car salesman tricks to rush us into a decision. He checked up on us during a friendly follow up and within three weeks we made a decision to purchase the vehicle. I wish that all of the car dealerships in our area would use the same type of sales methodology. More
