I can not say enough wonderful things about this dealership. My husband gets a discount from Ford since his family works for them, so we knew we wanted to get a ford but we didn't know any dealers i dealership. We were recommended to the Swansboro branch and I am very grateful that we were. My husband and I just got back to the states after a tour overseas and had no way of getting to the dealership. Instead of having us pay for a cab they came and picked us up and brought us back to the dealership. I was not expecting to be able to drive ourselves home, but 3 hours later we were leaving the dealership with our very own Ford Focus. Greg was not pushy like most salesmen, he listened to what my husband and I wanted and directed us to which cars would give us that. He was patient and understanding as we test drove a couple cars. Every one in the dealership worked together to get our paperwork done and make sure we were happy with out vehicle. Greg explained all of the paperwork and billing information, he made sure we understood everything and answered every question we had. He referred us to an insurance dealer and thanks to him we were able to get an amazing rate. I am extremely pleased with the their quality of work and dedication and appreciate everything he did for us. Since my retirement in 2007 and moving to the Swansboro area I have purchased two new Ford vehicles from Sanders Ford in Swansboro. The sales person was Mr. Eric Jones. Mr. Jones was super. The last purchase, a 2012 Ford Edge, developed a leak in the transmission coolant line. When I took the car in to be checked, Tiffany O'Neal and Brandie Hatke from the service department were exceptional. Steve and the other technicians were also part of the problem solving. I called Sanders' to see if they could give us another good deal on a vehicle...we have purchased 2 other vehicles there & were very happy with those purchases--I had the privilege of speaking wit another good deal on a vehicle...we have purchased 2 other vehicles there & were very happy with those purchases--I had the privilege of speaking with a new employee Rob---he convinced a supervisor to allow him to drive a new 4 door F-150 to our home & drove our Ranger back to the dealership!!Well , my husband loved the new truck , of course , & Rob called to tell us the quote we were given on that truck was too low but that he had been assured that the dealership would honor their quote anyway!! Rob flew out for his daughters' wedding & we headed to Swansboro to buy that gorgeous truck!!Unfortunately Rob was wrong---they would NOT honor their quote(We made 2 trips to Swansboro)...& my husband does not have the truck he fell in love with---we were even made to feel like the error on the quote was our fault & we were trying to rob Sanders' Ford!! :'( Needless to say our first 2 amazing deals with Sanders' were not repeated this time--we are very disappointed that Sanders' has not kept their word but are thankful for our kind salesperson Rob---he definitely did not let us down!!~ More
